Sleeps four with king Heavenly Beds in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofas.

UNIT SPECIFICS AND VIEWS:

This entire resort is run by Westin and managed like a hotel. All the units at this resort are managed as part of a common pool. Unit assignments are made at check in. No one has the right to any specific unit.

This has some advantages and disadvantages for you, the guest.

Advantages:

1) Procedures for check in, etc are simple. No matter who you rent from, you get your electronic card keys at the same front desk, etc.

Disadvantages:

1) Because all the units are part of a common rental pool, no owner can tell you which specific unit you will be assigned.

More about the Resort:

You will enjoy the conveniences of the resort's many amenities including a general store and a business center with computers and Internet access. The resort also offers a variety of recreational activities including lavish swimming pools featuring waterfalls and a 90-foot slide, a pool bar, lighted tennis courts, lounge and game room, and outdoor gas grills. Just for the kids, the resort features a kiddie pool and The Westin Kids Club children's program, which offers cultural activities and excursions to nearby attractions. For relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can enjoy the resort's hot tubs, or work up a sweat in The Westin Workout Fitness Center, which features a sauna and steam room.

HOUSE KEEPING: This resort, like most timeshare resorts, does not include daily maid service, however daily maid service is available for a separate fee, which you can arrange directly with the resort at check-in. A mid-week tidy is included at no charge, and all villas receive a deep-cleaning between guests - will be different due to COVID-19.

OTHER RESORT FEES: There are no mandatory resort fees, and self-parking is free, but the State of Hawaii charges all guests a local accommodations tax at check-out, which will be charged to your credit card - you would have to pay this tax no matter where you stayed on Maui. The taxes are about $10 per day for a one bedroom villa.

*TRANSPORTATION: The resort is about 45 min. from the main airport. The resort does not offer a shuttle service, and most guests rent a car at the airport, or arrange for a private shuttle.

*WESTIN HOTEL: Please note that this property is NOT the Westin Maui Resort and Spa Hotel. This is a newer, all-villa property, north of Black Rock. Villa guests may not use the facilities at the hotel. All facilities and pools of the timeshare resort (Westin Kaanapali) are available to my guests.

*FREE LOCAL SHUTTLE: The resort offers a free local shuttle to Lahaina Town, The Whaler Village, the grocery store, and to the southern part of Ka'anapali beach, for shopping and dining. COVID Pending - Currently running but with restrictions.
