Situato al secondo piano, il condominio con tre camere da letto e tre bagni può ospitare otto persone. La camera da letto principale ha un re e la seconda camera da letto ha una regina. mentre la camera da letto a soppalco ha due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Arredato e arredato in modo tropicale, questo condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato e ridecorato per rendere il vostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Per l'intrattenimento al coperto, sono disponibili quattro TV via cavo e un lettore DVD / CD. La cucina completamente attrezzata aumenta il piacere di cucinare e cenare. Family vacation

We enjoyed the visit. It was very hot in the house. Fans didn’t work on high speeds, so we requested additional fans for our rooms. We would stay again, but chose a cooler month

Super close ocean views

Loved that you can’t get any closer to the water. As a father of 3 girls it was so nice to grab a beer and sit on the lanai while waiting endlessly for them to get ready

Amazing Views

We had an amazing week on Maui. The view from this property is stunning- gorgeous sunsets and wide water views. Access to the water to snorkel, but no beach on the property although close proximity to beaches in two directions. Property is not air conditioned but great cross breeze and ac unit on second floor made it doable. Tennis and golf are nearby but not onsite. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Maui Views

Was looking for a place with great views and this property did not disappoint. Not only great sunset views but a stunning vista down the shoreline as well. Unit was clean, modern and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The two-story buildings had a much friendlier feel that the taller condos down the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely well-kept property--both the lodging itself as well as the grounds. Beautiful beaches directly in front of the condos teaming with hundreds of fish and many green sea turtles.

Can't beat this property with a stunning view!

We had seven staying at this rental ages 12 and up! Plenty of room for all with a king bedroom and attached full bathroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom adjacent, and two single beds with a double upstairs with its own full bathroom. The view was outstanding with the sound of the waves breaking throughout our stay and floor to ceiling windows with large sliding glass doors. A very private location and intimate grounds made our stay feel relaxing and like our own oasis. Inside a small closet we found two folding chairs and two camp chairs which we used throughout our stay. Friendly neighbors passed on some pool noodles and unused food items which was so thoughtful! Be aware the kitchen is on the small side but we happily made due. Lots of cups, plates, bowls, pans, etc to make cooking large meals easy! The grounds include a shower for the sand which inevitably travels back with you from the beach and shared gas grills for steaks and such. My teens enjoyed the pool and exploring the rocky beach for crabs and sea life. We saw sea turtles from our lanai! This location is a very short drive to many family friendly beach locations such as DT Fleming (shade) and Airport Beach (easy snorkeling). We would definitely stay here again.

Hawaiian getaway/ Hawaiian Paradise

As soon as we walked through the front door the view of that beautiful blue water had you on the lanai, listening to the waves, watching whales and turtles and stingrays along with the warm breeze was AMAZING.

Great Stay

This is a beautiful property location...the ocean is right at your doorstep and wonderfully loud! The property is well maintained, well furnished and whale watching was great. The pool was in sight of the condo so you could observe the activity. There are a few things that might impact your trip... 1. Parking is limited to one vehicle, 2. The third bedroom is an open loft (sleeps 4) so late sleepers may have issues with the kitchen noise, however, there is a bathroom in the loft, 3. The communication for payment came from a separate email...escapia.com which went directly to my junk mail resulting in a missed communication ( one hour window to respond) for payment also, payment did not show up as paid on my Vrbo account....However, the manager and company were responsive and there were no issues except for my panic attack. 4. The best/safest/snorkeling for children while we were there was at access to the Kapalua Bay Beach (Parking lot 99 Coconut Grove Ln) it is about 3 miles away but the parking is really limited. If you go early ...or come after noon you may be able to secure a space as folks leave. Otherwise you will have to park on the highway or go up the hill across the road for pay park.

Beautiful location, great condo with everything that would be needed. Enjoyed our vacation here!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The location is perfect- right on the water and is so beautiful. Loved the pool, hot tub and grills. The condo had beach chairs and plenty of kitchen extras. We loved it!

Beautiful View

We would definitely stay again. We stayed at 3 different places while in Maui and our family agreed this was our favorite (despite staying at a resort with water slides!). Great space for a family. It is a little warm upstairs with no air conditioning and the master shower could use an update, but overall we were overjoyed with our stay at this condo. Watching sunsets swim every night was the highlight. It was fun to see the sea turtles and crabs in the evening in front of the condo as well. Kids swam in pool and had no complaints. Great location!

Loved Our Stay Perfect for 3 Couples or (3 couples and 2 Kids in Upstairs)

We spent the week with our 2 children and their spouses in this beautiful condo with ease. The view of the ocean and many turtles from the large corner lanai, is well, perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai on mornings before the kids woke up. The lanai gave us both together and "we want apart" time with our adult kids. The pool is awesome and allows for enough space that we all want. Understanding there is no a/c, the ventilation via ceiling and floor fans made it pleasantly ok for sleeping. We had ocean breezes and wave sounds, after all. The kitchen is awesomely equipped with dishes, glasses, and pans and some spices. We needed to purchase foil, plastic wrap, and cooking oil, but that was the only necessity for us. We loved this place and recommend it for a special ocean front private retreat with family and friends! The location is perfect, the staff is attentive and very friendly .
