Resort a Lahaina

“Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...

“Just got back from the Westin KaAnapali Ocean Villas North and couldn’t be more happy with our stay. This is my third time booking with Vacation Candy for a trip to Hawaii. The Westin is so beautiful, right on the beach, steps from snorkeling, and just so perfect. We saw turtles right outside of the hotel! You can pack super light because you can use the washer and dryer in the room. Hitting up a Food Land and cooking a few meals at the Villas, or BBQing at the many spots around the resort also...

“Location of property is great, close to shopping and dining. Staff is very friendly and offered cart ride to shopping center when we appreciated. The property offered fun family activities for the kids almost daily. Aside from those positives, our stay started out rough as we opened up extra bedding bag to make up the sofa bed for our kids, there were several dark red STAINS all over the sheets - I was shocked and disgusted they would prepare this for new guests. “Nothing short just of perfect, only downside was the lack of a full sized lanai to be able to enjoy sitting out and watching the sunset.”

“The rooms were better than described in the listing. We booked a two bedroom with a shared kitchenette area, and we have plenty of room for 5 adults. The fold-out couches were real memory foam mattresses and were very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean, and we the property was clean and full of amenities. We never had an issue finding a chair at the beach or poolside. Highly recommend!”
