Casa vista oceano recentemente aggiornata su una penisola di fronte all'oceano. Goditi la vista di Laie Bay dai comfort della casa o del ponte della casa, o avventurati sulle scogliere di Ocean Front proprio nel cortile sul retro e concediti la bellezza catturata solo da questa penisola.

Naupaka Breeze ha avuto l'onore di ospitare due prenotazioni Make-A-Wish negli ultimi dodici mesi. Siamo fortunati ad essere stati in grado di svolgere un piccolo ruolo nella lotta contro i bambini affetti da cancro.

Questa splendida casa, recentemente rinnovata, ha un'atmosfera da spiaggia / isola con i comfort aggiuntivi dei più moderni comfort, stili e arredi. Al suo interno godrai di tutti i comfort di casa con aria condizionata, mobili e pavimenti nuovi e TV a schermo piatto situati nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto principale, entrambi dotati di lettori Blu-Ray DVD e box premium via cavo. WIFI incluso. Aria condizionata separata con controllo comfort indipendente in ogni camera da letto, soggiorno e cucina !!!

La cucina è completamente arredata con nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile che includono frigorifero, lavastoviglie, doppio forno, fornello a gas e forno a microonde. Sono inoltre disponibili il sistema di erogazione del caffè Keurig e nuove forniture per la cucina tra cui pentole, padelle, stoviglie e piatti.

All'arrivo verranno fornite 6 bottiglie d'acqua in omaggio. Gli extra possono essere forniti a pagamento.

Wifi e cavo premium sono forniti. Per tua comodità, abbiamo installato un business desk situato nel soggiorno per aiutarti a rimanere connesso e a tuo agio durante il tuo soggiorno, mentre ti godi la vista sull'oceano.

Il bagno principale per gli ospiti comprende una coppia con vasca e doccia, doppio lavabo e servizi igienici. Il secondo bagno si trova al largo della camera da letto principale, che comprende una nuova doccia con porta a vetri, doppio lavabo e servizi igienici. Nel corridoio c'è una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice e, per maggiore comodità, un angolo lavanderia per piegare e organizzare i vestiti.

Fumo NON permesso in casa MA c'è un'area fumatori designata nella privacy della proprietà per il vostro uso. Si prega di smaltire la spazzatura in modo appropriato nei bidoni dei fumatori e non nei bidoni della spazzatura.

Le doppie prese USB si trovano in tutte le camere da letto e in cucina per tenerti carico e connesso.

La casa si trova sulla penisola di La'ie Point, che offre una vista sull'oceano dal soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo, una delle camere da letto e il ponte esterno! Ritrovati alla fine della scogliera fronte oceano che si affaccia sulla proprietà e goditi le viste mozzafiato di tutta Laie Bay. Ti perderai sicuramente nella sua bellezza!

Solo gli ospiti registrati sono ammessi sulla proprietà se non approvati dalla gestione della proprietà. La mancata osservanza può e comporterà lo sfratto e la risoluzione della prenotazione a pieno costo per gli ospiti, incluso ma non limitato all'importo del deposito di $ 500. 00.

Hai dimenticato qualcosa?!? controlla "Kimorah's Kokua Corner" !! Nella zona cucina della casa troverai una selezione di articoli che puoi acquistare come spazzolini da denti, bevande assortite, caramelle, lozioni, caffè extra, crema solare ecc. Che sei invitato ad acquistare. Questo viene fatto come un "codice d'onore" in cui è sufficiente inserire il pagamento in una ciotola di legno fornita vicino ai prodotti. Kimorah, mia nipote di 9 anni, riempirà gli articoli ad ogni arrivo e sarà disponibile durante il soggiorno solo su richiesta. Non verrà fornito alcool. Vogliamo assicurarti che hai tutto il necessario per goderti il tuo soggiorno.

Overall, this was one of the best trips my wife, I and our family have taken. Every year we do a family vacation with our children and my mother. This is our second trip to Oahu and it was the best. The location was spectacular and the home was awesome. We had the best time.

We enjoyed this home so much! Watching the sun go down as we BBQ every evening. Beautiful beach to walk to. We enjoyed driving to all the local beaches and swimming and snorkeling. Very comfortable beds and a/c in each room. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Just a short drive to all the shrimp trucks, too. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for hosting our family of 6!

The size of the house was perfect and the setup was great too. The bedrooms are separate from the dining area. There was 2 families staying here during our rental. It was a family of 2 w a baby and another family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Everything is close by, grocery store, gas station etc. It is a dry area, so you have to drive 4 miles away to grab the alcohol for your stay. Everything worked and it had a nice view in the backyard. Only 2 cons: couldn’t find an iron (no biggie, who needs an iron in Hawaii). Microwave didn’t work but I have a feeling it was unplugged. One of the guest tried to use it but I didn’t. Work area worked good, fast internet all around the house. Nice patio to eat and relax. I just wish we would’ve stayed longer.

Wonderful location. Very nice outside seating with a beautiful view outback. Short walk to private beach. Kitchen and living room very accommodating for groups with everything you need. Would highly recommend.

My stay was amazing everything was so easy to get ahold of . Kitchen is really huge rooms are huge bathrooms are super big . Property manager was always attentive during our stay. I would 100 percent recommend.

Aloha! We live on Oahu and due to the COVID travel restrictions decided to take a short staycation in beautiful Hawaii. This property was perfect! We originally planned to have a group of 10 and would have fit perfectly in this 4 bedroom 2 bath hale. Unfortunately, due to the COVID restrictions, only 5 of us were able to participate. Needless to say we had more than enough room. We spent the Halloween weekend at the property. We were able to participate in the Halloween Parade that the Naupaka street residents put together. It was a special treat to be able to see the kids in their costumes and we even gave out candy while practicing all the social distance guidelines. The best part about the property was that the beach access was right across the street. We've lived here all our lives and have never been to this beach before. Very calm and great for kids! Our group was just adults so we enjoyed floating in the calm water on our mats. There's a pit to have a bon-fire too! We really miss the AC that's in the entire house. Would definitely recommend this property. Already planning for the next time to visit for another staycation! Mahalo for allowing us to spend time at your hale.

Even though this house is not right on the beach like we were looking for, it is not far away. And the beach located near this house was empty, hardly anyone there which was perfect. The view from the porch was amazing, it has a huge backyard and it leads to a rocky cliff with the ocean right there, we got some nice pictures with the kids. The place was clean and they gave us enough towels for everyone and we had 6 adults and 8 kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and grocery store is close by. The owners responded within minutes anytime I had a question and were very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This home was exactly as advertised. The kitchen/living room area is huge and room for everyone to gather together. The home was spotless! The only thing missing was washcloths and hand towels, but they were brought right away after requesting them. Highly recommend this home for a large group!

Our extended family of 11 enjoyed three nights in Ashleigh and Harry's house in October 2019. The house is beautifully renovated throughout and was very comfortable, especially with air conditioning in every room. The views of the ocean from the back deck were wonderful and thoughtful touches such as complimentary chocolates were appreciated. Ashleigh was extremely helpful and responsive with all my queries. Mahalo for your hospitality!

The owner is super amazingly awesome! They blessed us with their beautiful home for the special two day stay we were there! The adult kids had as much fun as the grandkids!! Hahaha Private beach was spectacular too! Laie Point was breath taking as well... super quiet neighborhood for a restful night sleep with the cool central AC units!!! Thank you Ashleigh for everything, praying to be back next summer 😎

We really enjoyed the neighborhood beach, very private, and safe for kids because of the reef. All the beach towels, straw beach mats, umbrella, folding chairs, and boogie boards were wonderful to use! Brand new appliances! Very nice neighborhood.

There are almost no words to describe just how amazing our stay at Naupaka Breeze was! We have just gotten home after an extensive holiday & are still talking about it weeks later!!! I booked Naupaka for my family of 13 to stay at based solely on the pictures on VRBO. They are stunning but do not come close to capturing the beauty of the house or its location! The house sits behind a white fence & from the street is unassuming & looks quite small. From the minute we walked through the front gate we were impressed with how immaculate the front lawn is & how nicely the house presents, but I actually started to panic a little thinking “how are we all going to fit!” Well, I needn’t have worried because the minute we opened the front door we were blown away!!! The house is open plan, large & spacious! The renovations have ensured every single element in the house…colour scheme, décor, appliances, soft furnishings, textiles, fittings & fixtures in the bathrooms… is top end quality. As good, if not better, than any 5 star resort!!! We prepared meals easily in the large, modern, well-appointed kitchen. The island bench & dining table became our families gathering place. We used every available bed, including the sofa beds, which were incredibly comfortable. It never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. There were lots of quality beach toys for the family to use & the private beach near the house was uncrowded & easy to access. The owners had just laid new turf in the backyard which looked & felt like a lush carpet. All of these things were wonderful but the most amazing thing about Naupaka was the uninterrupted view from the doors of the kitchen/dining/living room area straight out to the ocean. The sound of the waves, the 2 palm trees in the backyard framing the ocean –absolutely breathtaking!!! Ashleigh, the owner, is a pleasure to deal. She responded quickly to every email, answered all questions & was flexible & friendly. Her cleaning staff were fantastic in ensuring the house was spotless on arrival. I cannot recommend Naupaka highly enough. Booking a stay here will be the smartest thing you do when planning a trip to Hawaii. We will definitely be back:-)

I'd almost NOT like to review this house because it's really a hidden gem! And of course it will be harder to rent once others realize how great this place it! There was nothing bad about the house itself! FABULOUS...CLEAN...had everything...and just all around WONDERFUL! The private beach was ok...however I think because it was high tide, there wasn't much sand...so we opted to drive a little to Hukilau Beach....and that was a GREAT beach...not crowded too! If you are looking for just a totally chill location, this is the place. The owners are nice and respond quite quickly, the amenities were terrific, the location is convenient...foodland and other stores right around the block! HIGHLY recommend this location! THANK YOU
