“Amazing location if you wish to disconnect from the city life. You’ll have to drive about 12km on a gravel road after you go through the main gate (this is where google map stops). I recommend a car with good ground clearance (Toyota cross worked great for me). The night sky is very clear if you’re a stargazer and the SALT Telescope is about 45 mins drive. The individual lodges are fabulous, with large comfortable rooms. Our guide was brilliant, getting us as close as possible to the animals and explaining everything with great humour. All the meals were included in the price and the food was excellent.”
