“Nice cozy one or two person studio apartment. The host was very easy to work with and the apartment was clean, comfy and easy to access. The bed was a little firm for our liking. We appreciated the little things that made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.”

“Host responded quickly and clearly and all guest responsibilities were fair and well communicated. Room is small but well furnished and cozy. All appliances and utilities worked excellently. Host also provides silverware, dishes, detergent, etc which is a nice touch. Only thing to note is that the AC is a wall unit so room can feel a bit muggy when first walking in after a long time out.”

“Stayed one night while visiting Sun N Fun Expo. Unit is one of two in detached free standing building on residential property. Easy to locate off main route 98 couple miles from Interstate 4. Route 98 has plenty of food offerings with Wal Mart on nearby corner. Felt safe with cameras on parking area in nice residential neighborhood. Unit is newer construction and nicely supplied. Tiled flooring throughout with beautiful bath and shower. Kitchenette set up with full size modern...

“It worked out great for us. It’s near restaurants, shopping, historic downtown and parks. It was provided with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. It meant our needs at a great price.”
