Lake Arrowhead trail access Your stay includes 2 ALA passes, allowing up to 10 guests total to access the private walking trails around the lake. You can fish from the walking trail and enjoy sandy areas between docks. Please note that the only lake access is in between private docks, and there is no lake water access - Lake Arrowhead is a private lake.
