Perfetto per il ritiro e la raccolta della famiglia !! A soli 5 ~ 7 minuti a piedi dal beach club, dal Village & Lake Arrowhead Resort Centre con negozi e ristorante nelle vicinanze, troverai una casa affascinante ma spaziosa immersa tra gli alberi con 2 grandi ponti con ampio spazio per sedersi e barbecue. Situato in un angolo appartato di 1 acro di terreno in una posizione privilegiata con diritti sul lago e un facile accesso alla spiaggia, al lago e al sentiero. Perfetto per intrattenere (tutto l'anno bella Jacuzzi interna / sala biliardo) o rilassarsi! Due soggiorni separati con schermi piatti per guardare la tv o leggere.

Questa casa è stata progettata pensando alla pace e alla tranquillità con un sacco di spazio per la famiglia e gli amici. Negozi, ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e spiaggia situati in posizione centrale. La casa dispone di 5 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, con camino, 2 soggiorni e 2 grandi schermi piatti. Inoltre, ha un tavolo da biliardo separato e sale spa, spazio pulito e tranquillo perfetto per leggere, guardare film e semplicemente rilassarsi e recuperare il sonno o attività all'aperto e visite turistiche.

Passi delicati verso il piano principale interno con 1 camera grande con 2 letti matrimoniali e bagno completo accanto alla grande cucina e soggiorno e terrazza esterna. All'ultimo piano ha un ingresso separato (perfetto per la privacy) 2 camere da letto entrambe con letto full size più 1 bagno completo. Piano inferiore, dispone di 1 camera da letto king size e 2 letti a castello per 4 persone più 2 ampi bagni completi. La casa è piena di fascino e molto confortevole con 3 anni di storia di noleggio. Ha un garage per 2 auto e altri 2 parcheggi all'esterno. Raccomandiamo le catene da neve durante la stagione della neve, poiché le strade private non vengono arate durante la stagione invernale. L'ora legale, la casa non ha l'aria condizionata ma forniamo molti ventilatori portatili da usare.

Amazing house and host!

What a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Kevin was a great host and responded to our several inquiries very quickly. We would love to stay here again once my son is a little older. My only warning is for families with very small children (my son is almost 2), there are several fall hazards for the little ones and we needed to corral him away from the stairs/living room couch area. However, the bigger kids (7, 9, and 11) loved the house, when we were swimming in the lake they all kept begging to go back and play at the house.

House is large w/ bedrooms across 3 floors. There is no AC and fans are not adquate to cool the upper floors during the day in the summer. We had a challenge checking in (which was partly our fault), as check-in instructions were sent almost two weeks before our stay. Also took a while to get hold of manager to get in. Basic supplies were also not adequate requring us to purchase them. House is in a good location if we want easy access to Arrowhead's central plaza and brewery.

Great location

Had a blast with our family here. Do wish the kitchen was more organized with updated cooking/dishes/utensils, but we survived. Will also warn other renters to bring additional towels to use in the hot tub. Very few towels are provided with the property. Overall a great experience.

Lake weekend

Had a great time here with our group celebrating our friend's good health. Great accommodations, and location was perfect, but ran into a couple issues where we couldn't get in touch with the property manager in a timely manner, and a couple of things were broken upon our arrival that meant we could not use them. There were also not enough fans in the house for every room so some folks had difficulty sleeping in the heat. The property manager was very kind when we did manage to make contact, and accepted responsibility for these minor things. All in all we had a great weekend here.

Fun Bachelorette Party!

We chose this house to stay at for my best friends bachelorette party so there were 8 of us staying at the house. This house is perfect walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the layout of the house is so unique. We loved spending time in the billiards room above the garage, By the fireplace in the living room, and in the spa area downstairs. The host was also excellent at responding quickly to any of my questions or needs and is very polite. The only things I could suggest to you when renting here is there is downside to the spa room meaning you had to dump out the water tray to the dehumidifier almost every hour and they could definitely add some extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for each persons stay. Other than those tiny little things, everything was AMAZING! My girlfriends and I did have a absolutely wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect place for any get togethers to feel like you’re cozy in the woods spending quality time together.

Great family hangout in Arrowhead

Best location for our family because it's near my brother and the village. It's a very comfortable home for a family. The jacuzzi is fabulous with a view of the trees. We kept it not too hot so that the kids could enjoy it.

Nice property, clean and close to lake arrowhead villa.

The cabin was really nice for multiple people. It was pretty and comfortable and fun to walk to the lake since it's really close. A nice place to hangout and rooms are amazing.

Indoor Jacuzzi was heaven on earth!

Kevin was so accommodating! Answered my call when we had difficulty initially finding the place. Once we found it, it was easy to get to after day trips. My sister and I walked from the cabin to the local grill both nights for a get away from the rest of the crew. Completely safe and under 10 min to get to the local stores. The highlight of this cabin was obviously the indoor jacuzzi spa… and we definitely took advantage of it! Kid friendly and adult necessary! It offered basic cooking utensils and dining needs. We loved the multi level structure. The preteens took over the top floor (2 bedrooms and bath), main floor had mom, dad, and young son, and lower level had “cool aunt” and cousin along with jacuzzi, bathroom, and game room. I stayed in the lower level and the king bed was super comfortable!!! We will definitely return!

Beautiful stay

The home was beautiful. The owner was easy to contact and made himself available. His home was well equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable and welcoming. You’ll love his home. Very cozy and warm. Kevin was awesome.

Peace, Quiet, and everything you could need....

Due to a last-minute issue (on my end), I ended up staying at this property for some quality alone time. While the house is perfect for large groups, it was exceptional for me alone. I cooked (a lot), relaxed, took walks, and caught up on my binge watching.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this home. Great getaway from everything. House has plenty of rooms and space to spread out and relax. The indoor spa is a major plus, especially in the winter! Plenty of patio and deck space to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Great property and location

Great property and location! We arrived the day after Christmas and stayed until the 30th. Everything went nice and easy starting with check in. We absolutely loved the large two tier deck in which you can enter through the main floor or the bottom floor. It was a short walk to the village and the grocery store, which is a plus. Kevin was accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely come back to this property. Btw, we got close to 2’ of snow while we were there, which was absolutely gorgeous. The kids had a blast sledding down the hills
