Beautiful, Peaceful, Great Host
House was beautiful and very cool modern A-frame architecture. Host was very accommodating and incredibly responsive. She gave us great suggestions about the village and snow tubing, too. Snow had just fallen and we felt like we were in a wintry treehouse with all the snow on the trees you could see from the A-frame window. Close enough to go skiing for a full day at Snow Valley. Would definitely return, and would like to see it in summer, too.

Weekend Getaway
The cabin was in a nice, quiet mountain area, and the visual from the floor to ceiling window put you outside without being outside. The hot tub was a great treat, as was the fire pit on the front deck. Everything was clean and nice. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

A-frame get away
Lovely A-frame in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Bedding was superior. Good fenced in area for our dogs. Hot tub under the stars and s’mores. What could be better?

Perfect for 2
I had a wonderful long weekend at this cabin with my husband and dog. We were thrilled that we had so many amenities and felt right at home. It might be a bit tight for larger groups, especially in the colder months when you might not hang out outside, but was just right for us. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood away from the traffic in town.

Found the street to be noisy and was surprised by the number of cars that passed by...we were there on a weekday and "band practice?" came from the High School and there was local construction (hammering) on a house nearby. The driveway was steep and room for one vehicle to park at top near entrance. (any other vehicles would have to park in a row on the driveway, as you are not allowed to park on the street.) The cabin itself was very clean with a nice open kitchen and lots of windows to enjoy the front upper deck. Enjoyed the deck the most with the fire pit and a pretty view of the trees. Unfortunately, We found it hard to get comfortable on the furniture. Aesthetically pretty and practical for the space, but couldn't curl up on the couch with a good book as I had hoped. We tried to stay in the bedroom closest to the one bathroom but, found the bed too soft so we used the bedroom upstairs. (it was just the two of us) That one was very comfortable but, the stairs were scarey to navigate at night in case you had to make a midnight trip to the bathroom. I would recommend the owner to make sure all the tv's are functioning in between guests because it seems some guests goof up the "apps". So we had problems with getting to watch movies. When we reached out to the owner, she was very quick to respond and sorted it out for us quickly.

Amazing Reset
Wow, this place is going on my short list of getaways. What a wonderful A Frame with so many perks. The management has thought of everything and I mean everything for a comfortable stay. I used to manage properties and I know what it takes to do what they do, its a lot of trial and errors and they had all the right stuff. They thought of what seems, any situation to arise and they either left supplies or information on it. We had a great time, quiet, fun getaway. It made my girlfriends birthday the best. Thank you!

Perfect cabin!
Great cabin for a family with kids. Everyone had their own rooms and the house was equipped with baby gates which was very helpful with my infant. The property was clean and within driving distance to all the attractions we were interested in such as Lake Gregory and Lake Arrowhead village. The host was wonderful, very friendly and communicative. My family will definitely visit again.

Great Place for a Getaway
We had a really great getaway at this cabin. The layout is well designed and makes the place seem huge. The s’mores were a nice surprise from the host and we enjoyed them after grilling in the back yard. 5 minute drive from the village. Lots of trails a short drive away.

Lovely A-Frame
Our family of five had a fun time in the mountains at this great cabin. Our kids appreciated the lower bedroom and called it the kid castle. They really enjoyed having a private space to watch tv, read, and sleep. We all enjoyed the fire pit on the deck and roasting the s’mores that were provided.

Well-Kept Cabin!
The cabin was exactly as pictured, we appreciated the little touches of the s’mores kit and the automated night lights throughout. Easy to find instructions in the right areas, new and well-working appliances. Very stylish and cozy!

Great Place!
Very cute A-Frame house. Great size for a single family or two small families. Convenient location and quite neighborhood. Really liked the smores kit that was there on arrival. Only drawback is the shower pressure was weak, but that could be improved by changing out the type of shower head. Overall great experience!

Cozy getaway
Arrived in the late evening with the family and as we walked in, the sitting area/kitchen and magnificent window was quiet lovely. Loved the upstairs area with built on tv to the wall. We did not use the downstairs area, but can smell more of pet dander. The host left a wonderful surprise in the fridge. S’mores for the fire pit. Loves going outside on the front deck to enjoy the view of large pine trees and the warmth of the fire. Only part that wasn’t as appealing was the location of the hot tub. Located to the back of the property. View is a chain link fence, no privacy and all dirt. Maybe upgrading the back area would be more inviting to sit in the hot tub. Besides that, we enjoyed our weekend stay!

Cozy cabin stay!
Such a great cabin in a prime location. Marilyn was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Even told me the secret to making the loft bed so unbelievably comfy! We enjoyed s’mores on our last night next to the cozy fire pit outside. Our pups enjoyed all the great trails the area offered so we will definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome weekend :)

Lovely sanctuary in the trees
My partner and I stayed here for a romantic get away. It looked exactly like the photos, was clean, quiet, and everything worked as it should. Additionally, Marilyn was responsive for any questions immediately and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!
Our stay here was so great. The A frame cabin was lovely and it had everything we needed. The location is also perfect - a couple of miles from Lake Arrowhead and also near Skyforest and Twin Peaks. We even found a vineyard up here that was close by. We can't recommend this cabin enough and Marilyn was a gracious host. This was the centerpiece to an amazing few days getaway.

Great getaway
We had a relaxing week at this property! My teenager loved all of the TVs. My husband and I loved soaking in the hot tub. The only thing that needed improvement was the shower head needs more water pressure. All in all, it was a great week!

Perfect Family Get Away
This cabin was absolutely perfect! The front porch has a great table and fire pit (we took advantage of) and the back yard was fenced in for our dogs and had a hot tub (already warmed up when we got there and got super hot like I like it!). I cooked for every meal and they had plenty of cooking appliances. They also left out a really cute gift basket for smores, hot chocolate and popcorn. Their tv had Netflix, Hulu, youtube tv, literally everything ready to go! Wifi was easy, bedding was comfortable (my husband and I slept down stairs on one of the lifted beds). We had 5 adults, two kids and two dogs. Would definitely come back! Worth every penny!

Wonderful Stay!
Marilyn was a wonderful host. Keep us updated and informed before we even arrived. Helpful and communitive. The property was exactly what we were looking for for a small family with dog. Our family enjoyed the cabin immensely. The kids played in the snow and we relaxed by the fire. We really enjoyed the large windows of the A-frame and the pretty view of the trees. We also had fun making s’mores on the balcony. A great time was had by all. We definitely plan on returning!

Perfect quiet Halloween getaway
This was our second property stay from Marilyn's two beautiful homes. Just like the first, the house was clean and well stocked. The location was safe and quiet. The kitchen had everything you may need to cook a meal and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck space and drank hot cocoa under the stars nightly. Marilyn was kind enough to check in and while we had the option to stay another night we had to get back to work. I highly recommend this wonderfully updated cabin, thank you Marilyn!

Nice Cabin
Overall it’s a great little A frame cabin. Comfy beds. Things to note, the backyard is wide open with a chain link fence with no privacy and the neighbors have no trespassing signs up. It doesn’t feel too welcoming. There was a more than a normal amount of dust and spiderwebs around the house, I’m sure it’s due to not being used too often. But not clean clean as expected with paying a cleaning fee. Everything else in the description of the cabin is right on and the owner is very responsible. I definitely recommend the cabin to anyone who wants to be in the Arrowhead, Crestline, Big Bear area.

Peaceful getaway
Our family of adults, kids and dogs enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. Everything from communication during booking and leading up to our stay and after went smoothly. The host was always super responsive. The house is well appointed with all of the basics one needs for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax on the deck or in the backyard. The hot tub was amazing! TVs in every room and board games kept us busy. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Great getaway
This place has everything you need for a great getaway. The beds are cozy, the kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you need to cook great homemade meals. The hot tub, while small, was a great place to relax. And the towels! So many towels and that was greatly appreciated. The fireplace kept everyone cozy and provided great ambiance. The outside space was good for our dog, although he was not a fan of the wooden floors. They were just too slick for him I guess. The stairs are narrow but doable if you take your time on them. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway.

Comfy and Cozy
This property had everything we needed. The amenities were fantastic, we used the front deck, back patio, BBQ and the Jacuzzi. There were plenty of blankets to keep us cozy and warm inside. Loved the A-Frame architecture and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will recommend this property highly.

Loved this cabin!
This a frame cabin is gorgeous! Very cozy and nicely decorated. Had all the features and supplies we needed to enjoy our stay including towels, kitchen dishes and utensils, bed warmers, wood burning stove and jacuzzi. Tons of sledding right behind the cabin. Working with the owner was so easy- she really went out of her way to make our trip nice. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

Relaxing getaway
We loved our relaxing mountain getaway. The cabin is just as pictured - clean and cozy, and that beautiful wall of windows makes you feel like you're sitting in the trees even when you're inside. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and wood stove, along with a couple of nice hikes nearby.
