“It's a pretty standard apartment complex. The location is very convenient to Disney stuff. It's odd that the full plus twin bed was in the master's suite. I was charged for what I would consider normal usage stuff (a broken salt shaker, a loose towel bar, a stained sheet?), but I guess that's fine.”

“I have stayed many times at Blue Heron. This was my second time in this unit. Its time to upgrade some. The bed in the large bedroom was not comfortable. Its been worn out. Second sink in the large bedroom, making noise when running other plumbing. Not enough hot water in the main shower. Just needs some work to make it worth it. Thanks, looking forward to future visits.”

“The apartment was great, pool was great, comfy beds- and the apartment had all the equipment we could have needed. What stood out most were the quick responses to any and all questions - any time day or night. Eric even bought us a bunch of coffee cups when we said we didn’t have enough. Great stay.”
