Hotel vicino a Lake Carroll - Tampa

“Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.”

“Hotel had some positives & a few negatives. Positives: Check-in = easy & awesome. Free parking too! Room = clean & spacious. 2 separate rooms with a door. Mini fridge, microwave & access to an ice maker that produced plenty of ice. We had privacy the entire time we were there as neither room beside us was utilized. We did purchase some spray for the rooms as they smelled a little musty, but the spray did the trick. Shower pressure = not the best, but reasonable. Bed = soft & resulted in...

“The staff was always friendly, whether coming down in the morning or coming back from an adventure, always welcoming. Helpful. Pool and hot tub areas were always clean. It was quiet. Close to airport but not too loud. My kids loved watching the planes fly overhead while playing in the pool. Loved our stay!”

“We requested a rollaway bed for my granddaughter never received one. Then asked for sheets and blanket for the couch in the room so she could go to bed gave us a blanket no sheet, asked again for sheets and towels they brought sheets and 2 robes. There were only 2 towels in the room.”

“It doesn't have as many bells and whistles and isn't as well maintained as Hotel Haya or Palihouse, but it provides a clean comfortable stay a hop skip and a jump from the USF campus. There was one weight machine, maybe two, no honey or brown sugar for the teas, the hook on the wall wasn't secured with both screws needed to do so, and a corner of the bathroom door looked worn.”

“Love this hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Nothing fancy but clean and updated design. The entire hotel always had staff working on something, pool,landscaping,bar, vacuuming the halls . Location was great ! Something around every block. Immediate area is super quiet then within 5 minutes is a great mall , ten minutes a strip of restaurants, chains and local ones and 20-30 minutes to Busch gardens and other attractions. Great place to stay! Helpful friendly staff especially Anthony!”
