“The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. “A lovely location, with leafy, tidy grounds around the cabins. Room was older, but extremely clean and tidy. Great place for a longer stay.”

“Room was cramped & dingy. Toilet had a hygiene label across it but someone had used it and not flushed.”

“Location was lovely, nice walks along the river. ( Spotted a Grey Nurse shark). Enjoyed a meal at the bowls club nearby with discount from the motel. Drove to Port Macquarie and had a lovely time there. Went to the Koala rescue centre too. Room on the small side, had to live out of suitcase due to tiny wardrobe etc. Although there was a microwave, fridge & kettle it was all a tight fit. Try for a larger room. Pleasant staff.”

“The property appears to be somewhat dated, and unfortunately the bathtub showed signs of mould. We also found the blanket to be unclean, and my son developed a rash after contact. Aside from these concerns, the area felt safe and quiet, and the beach was easily accessible.”

“Just a cabin , in need of care. Stayed midweek, you get what you pay for… bathroom desperately needs a make over. Outside & deck need a gerni. Location is handy”
