“Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff there were all welcoming and friendly and eager to help when we had questions . The property outdoors with the pool and lady river is gorgeous and has plenty room with chairs to sit and relax. We were here two months ago for the Louisiana State High School championship games and most recently for another grsndson’s baseball tournament. We will always stay here when in Lake Charles from now on !”

“Newer property. Not too busy. TV in living room worked well. TV in bedroom did not work. Had to call Maintenance many times to fix it. Lots of problem with volume on TV. Breakfast was okay. Not worth mentioning. It was good to see that there was coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Roads leading up to the hotel are in terrible condition and can damage your cars seriously. Drive slowly and carefully. Swimming pool and work out gym were very standard. Nothing around the hotel for good...

“Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm a 2 PM late checkout because my family was in town for a church revival. I spoke with Tia?, who said it would be no problem. At check‑in, I mentioned it again and was told the same thing. The room was clean and comfortable, no issues there. The problem was housekeeping & communication or the lack of it. Despite having a confirmed late checkout: • 9:30 AM: Housekeeping knocked on the door. • 11:30–11:45 AM: Another knock from a different staff...
