The keys to both the building and the room were not working properly. I was unable to stay because of the filth. I was assured I would be refunded and I was not.”

“Do not stay at this property. We checked in and the room was unacceptable. At this price I didn’t expect a high-end room. However, there were dead bugs on the towels. The ceiling was falling down.
