“Everything was great except that when we first entered the room, there was an overwhelming, extremely powerful cologne smell from an old man. It was like someone broke their cologne in the room before us. Not the staff's fault, I am sure, but it gave me a horrible headache. I bought an air freshener and opened the windows, but it didn't go away. I had a migraine the whole time. I am not sensitive to smells either, so this was extremely bad. ”

“Clean room, parking felt secure, air conditioning was working properly. Staff however did seem unprofessional. The lady upfront with red hair (didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional towards her colleague. Red hair lady asked a question to her colleague and when the colleague replied that her requested days were listed on the calendar (because she was busy helping to check us in) the red hair lady replied very rudely “well that doesn’t help me out much now does it”! I did not find her to be...
