“Tv,s in whole complex were all not working due to antenna out for some weeks. Broken toilet seat. Broken door on ensuite. Terrible pillows. Rattling external door outside room which had to be jammed shut until finally fixed late in week due to being a fire exit. Overwhelming musty smell in reception and main hall which permeated into rooms. Reception only manned when large groups checking in. Staff friendly but seem to be their for good time only. “We absolutely had a wonderful stay. Location was brilliant!! However, I was bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I found it hard to believe that the place had been cleaned earlier that same day. That is what the correspondence I received stated would be happening. There were dead flies on most window ledges & on the floor. There were biscuit crumbs on the coffee table, pet hair all over the rug and the bbq was extremely dirty! Lovely stay! Beautiful property!! “The house is located in a nice, quiet, suburban part of jindy. The configuration of the house allows for a comfortable stay for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would want in a holiday home. The photos do not serve justice to the house, the backyard and patio area and view of lake jindabyne is amazing to wake up to.”

“Beautiful scenery and nature. Many kangaroos.Unfortunately the bathroom was very smelly from the moment we arrived. Even with the door closed it was strong throughout the house. We have stayed at many tiny homes with these toilets and never really smelt anything. Please note this did require a 4WD and there are no PowerPoints to charge your phone unless you have a USB charger. ”
