“2 Large rooms so there was plenty of space for us. We checked in late and the staff were able to make the check in easy by letting us pickup the keys after hours. Newly renovated so everything was very nice. The floor was not vacuumed properly. I can see layers of dust under the beds. This was the only disappointment.”

“Great comfortable clean room with a nice view of lake. Simple hot buffet breakfast in the morning was also pretty good and in expected to be included with room. Close 30 min drive to Ski fields Close to shops and pubs etc. would definitely stay again, after being surprised by the the room tried to book another night but was sold out.”

“Tv,s in whole complex were all not working due to antenna out for some weeks. Broken toilet seat. Broken door on ensuite. Terrible pillows. Rattling external door outside room which had to be jammed shut until finally fixed late in week due to being a fire exit. Overwhelming musty smell in reception and main hall which permeated into rooms. Reception only manned when large groups checking in. Staff friendly but seem to be their for good time only. Poor breakfast choices that improved when...
