First night - roof started leaking. Plus lots of noise from above the room. Did not sleep at all. We reported this early morning - they gave us another room. We had to move all our things to the second room and almost all morning was wasted. No assistance. Although after much discussion, they finally agreed to not charge for that night.
Second day was ok
3rd day, we came late night, room was not done. We asked reception they said to come down get towels and to report the undone room next day. We reported this and were told we had probably not removed the Privacy card outside which is not true.
6th day, again they made the beds but there were no fresh towels in the room. Again, we had to go down pick up some towels late night.
Another night - there was no hand wash soap - container was empty. Again we had to go down to pick up hand soap and were given one tiny bottle.
We asked twice to please change the bed sheets but our request was ignored.
We were so disappointed with all these and asked to speak to the Manager or whoever in charge, we were told they would call us but nobody called us.
Breakfast was the same old boring stuff every single day.
This hotel was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Ruined our trip..
