The rooms were very dated and had an odor I did not care for. I rented a room specifically for a jacuzzi tub but it was dirty upon arrival with what looked like ashes in the tub. I contacted the front desk about it and requested cleaning supplies to clean it myself because there were no comparable rooms available to switch me to & there was nobody available to clean the room. They didn’t even have any cleaning supplies. I had to wait until the next day for my tub to be cleaned despite paying extra specifically for a room with a tub.
Breakfast was sub par. Did not even use the pool or hot tub because the whole vibe of the hotel was kinda sleazy. Not what I was hoping for. I guess you get what you pay for - but honestly at a rate of nearly $300 for 2 nights I feel like I surely overpaid.
That said, the woman who checked me in was wonderful and was the only bright spot in the entire stay. They should promote her.
