“The hotel itself was fine, BUT there was a kids baseball team staying there and they were out of control! Parents were worse than the kids. In the future, I will ask if any sports teams are staying at a hotel before book. Even the hotel staff was at their wits end. Parents today need to mind the behavior of their children and respect other hotel guests. Totally unreal the disrespect shown this weekend to other travelers.”

“Good location, free parking. Room had a keurig with some free coffee pods. WiFi was broken for half of my stay. My room was very hot and the a/c did nothing. I could open the window a little, which helped, but my room was above a kids play room and yard where parents let their kids scream and shout while playing past midnight. “This is my second time staying at Bluebird Spa City. The property itself is great and the staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient - right in front of the building.
