  • Affascinante Lake George a pochi passi da Million Dollar Beach, ristoranti, lago e negozi! Ampio portico vittoriano di grandi dimensioni, ponte posteriore di grandi dimensioni con piscina privata, 2 caminetti a gas, cucina completamente attrezzata, 3 camere da letto e 2 camere bonus con traversine. 12 posti letto in totale. 3 bagni con doccia, ponte al 2 ° piano fuori dalla camera da letto, servizio lavanderia.

    La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto al piano superiore e
    ci sono due stanze bonus al piano di sotto. Sono tane collegate l'una all'altra con divani letto e un divano aggiuntivo. È quasi come un'altra sezione della casa con il proprio bagno, una serie di scale e cursori sul ponte ed è il proprio ingresso. I miei bambini dormono lì e lo adorano così tanto che non dormiranno altrove! Tv anche in quella zona e un camino. Il soggiorno principale ha un camino e ci sono cursori sul ponte e sulla piscina dalla cucina completamente attrezzata. C'è una griglia per il barbecue sul retro e il ponte è grande con diversi tavoli e aree salotto. L'incantevole veranda ha anche posti a sedere.
    e c'è spazio per parcheggiare la tua barca, ATV, motoslitta o camper. Tana rustica Adirondack, WIFI e cavo gratuiti. Riporta indietro tutta la famiglia e il barbecue. A pochi passi da Million Dollar Beach, Lake George Village, Lake George Marina / moli delle barche, parapendio, ristoranti, negozi e Usher Park / Beach.

    Le attrazioni locali includono minuti in auto da Prospect Mountain, Six Flags Great Escape Amusement and Waterpark, equitazione e Outlets at Lake George. In inverno vieni per Winterfest a febbraio e sciare per tutto l'inverno! West Mountain 10 minuti in auto, Gore Mountain 30 minuti. Ippodromo di Saratoga e il Casinò a solo mezz'ora di distanza. The property was clean and just as described! The host was so responsive and accommodating. The maintenance crew was also kind. Neighbor was safe, the neighbors didn’t complain about the noise. The pool was the cherry on top! So perfect if you don’t want to go to the lake on some days!

Our Lake George Stay

We had a fabulous trip to Lake George! The house was perfect, kids (older) enjoyed the pool and shopping in the area, ziplining, and hanging out to relax. No issues at all, and we would be very happy to come back!

This spacious home exceeded our expectations. The large kitchen is well equipped and there are so many places to sit and relax on the main floor. The huge, fenced back yard has a pool, many seating areas and even a big fire pit to sit around and look up at the stars. Being so close to restaurants and Main Street was a nice bonus. The hosts were very communicative. helpful and friendly. We definitely will return to this Lake George gem!.

Friends getaway

We had an amazing stay at Lazy Bear! More than enough space and bathrooms for our group! Great yard with pool, bbq and fire pit. Check in process was simple and easy. Hopefully we will be back!!

Mud Pies Vacation

Good location. Fun for our family of 8 with two under six. Plenty of areas to hang out. On the outside the pool and the large awning were perfect. Grill worked great. Inside was comfortable and clean. Not plush, but worked well for us.

The Little Bear was a fantastic house. It is very old in all the best ways with so many nooks and spaces and beautiful original woodwork and beautiful, interesting antique pieces so tastefully mixed with charming Adirondack whimsy. The rooms are larger than expected and sleeping areas are separated from each other so no one gets disturbed by others moving about. Bedding is mostly comfortable except the pull out couches which are typical and as described. Linens are a mix and not high end but cozy and plentiful for everyone’s comfort. There are so many small tables and surfaces for everyone to organize their “stuff” and chargers. There is a large step up and two stairwells in the upstairs hall between bedrooms and baths so may not be ideal for very young or elderly with mobility challenges or who may get disoriented when up in the night.The deck and pool area is expansive and generously furnished/equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed that space every day.The proximity to the beach, the town and so many restaurants was a big plus! We really enjoyed the dog friendly beach.This house is exceptionally well equipped and the kitchen, dining, living and den areas are wonderful. The pictures do not do them justice.I hope we can return here often!

Fun Time in Lake George!

We had a great time at this house. The property was close to town and the beach. The back yard was awesome with the pool and our kids loved the arcade games in the den. The house was exactly as listed. There were also tons of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Annette and her husband were super quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place for a family vacation!

Great stay & great hosts

We had such a great stay over New Years Eve weekend. We slept comfortably with a bigger group. Annette was very quick to respond and immediately sent over her husband to help when we had an issue with the shower. The house was just what was listed and very close to town. I 100% recommend and I hope to be back in the summer :)

My Dream Bachelorette Party

My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette here for a long weekend, and everything was just a dream come true. I am still in awe and just tickled to death with our time in Lake George. Annette’s property was a dream come true, plenty of space for all of us girls to sleep and get ready after a long day in the sun (3 full bathrooms is amazing!!) Pool is so clean, we had so much fun on the back deck. Thank you for a weekend J will remember for the rest of my life. Already want to go back!

Wonderful stay

We were a group of three families (all friends) who rented this house. We ended up having four adults and four kids there- kids ranged in age from 3 to 7 and all loved it. Communication with the owner was terrific- she seems completely lovely and really easy to interact with and very quick to respond. The pool was great- it gets pretty deep at something like 9 ft. But the first half of the pool has stairs and a shallow until about 4 ft. And then there's a steep drop off. I mention it because even though there was a smaller area for the little kids to play in the pool, they still were able to have fun and play without needing floaties to stay upright. The location was great for our family esp with young kids. There is a very little beach (I think usher beach?)and park down the street. That was terrific. It's a short drive to the arcade. There were restaurants close by who delivered and we were able to get Walmart delivery for groceries. All in all great stay and would definitely consider staying there again!

Overall a great stay

This house is a nice cozy place and had just the right amount of room for our party of 12. The hosts were great and very prompt in responding to all our queries. A couple of things could have been better - the door in the big master bath didn't close properly. That should be fixed. Also, the heat in the house wasn't great in the living room and kitchen. Even with the fireplace on, the living room and kitchen were pretty cold. The furnace wasn't turning on even when the thermostat setting was 73F and the indoor temp was showing 60F. That needs to be checked as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Convenient to the town and lake

The property met most expectations, although the pre-arrival cleaning could have been more thorough. We found breakfast food behind an end table in a bedroom.

Great House

Short walk to downtown. Very well appointed. Lots of updates. Very accommodating owner to work with. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Just bring your clothes, food & beverages! We had a great time.
