The Neighborhood:

Terra Cottage restaurant has great breakfast and lunch! They also have a really cute boutique in the back and everything you see on the walls are for sale! ~Louie’s Prime Steakhouse is great for a special occasion or nice night out for dinner ~Shenanigan’s has a nightclub called Boomers ~Jim Thorpe has a great biking trail called the Lehigh Valley Gorge (different variations of difficulty) and it is also a super cute town! ~On the way to Jim Thorpe (about 20 minutes) is Pocono White Water Rafting ~Penn’s Peak is a really cool place to see a concert ~We recommend Jack Frost Mountain for beginner and intermediate skiers, and Big Boulder Mountain for more experienced skiers ~Nick’s Lake House has the best views of Lake Harmony ~Big Boulder Tavern (BBT) has great food and atmosphere and a great view of Big Boulder Lake ~We recommend Peterson’s Ski & Cycle for ski and bike rentals (5646 PA 115 Blakeslee, PA 18610) ~The Lake Harmony Inn has watersports available during summer months – tubing, water skiing, boating. It is run by Lake Harmony Watersports ~Split Rock Resort is a short drive away and has many amenities, such as a private beach, indoor pools and water park, arcade, movie theatre, restaurants, mini golf and spa.



Getting Around:

A car would be the best way to get around in this area but uber is available.
