Pavimenti in legno in tutta la zona giorno, area giochi con tavolo da biliardo paraurti, freccette e mobile bar con frigo per bevande, nuove TV via cavo a schermo piatto HD da 40 ", Play Station 3 (riproduce i raggi blu), soundbar con collegamento ausiliario, WIFI, granito in cucina e bagni, 2 caminetti a legna (mattoni e pietra) e un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e aria condizionata centralizzata

Caratteristiche esterne:
2 ponti illuminati con tavolo da picnic, tavolo e sgabelli da pub, salotti, sedie Adirondack con tavolo, patio coperto, pozzo del fuoco, griglia per barbecue propano, ampia area per ferri di cavallo e buca per mais.

Accesso alla spiaggia privata sul lago Harmony, campo da tennis e Shuffleboard Court disponibile a pochi passi.

Layout casa:
Primo piano: grande cucina completamente attrezzata con banconi in granito e bar, cursori sul ponte, area salotto con TV a schermo piatto e camino a legna, 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, un bagno completo e armadio lavanderia.

Secondo piano: camera familiare con TV a schermo piatto e camino a legna, area giochi con piscina paraurti. freccette e mobile bar, 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, ampia terza camera da letto con letto a castello, letto matrimoniale, futon (letto matrimoniale), letto singolo con rotelle, bagno completo.

Viene fornito con l'accesso a un kayak per due persone con attrezzatura per bambini, 2 mountain bike e un pacchetto e gioco per bambini.

La nostra casa è a poco più di 5 minuti a piedi dal lago Harmony, un lago privato che consente la pesca, barche a motore, sci nautico e nuoto. La nostra spiaggia privata sul lago ha una piscina, tavoli da picnic e un campo da beach volley. Campi da tennis e shuffleboard disponibili per l'uso nelle vicinanze. Fai un'escursione sui sentieri Hickory Run State Park e Austin Blakeslee Natural Area entrambi a pochi chilometri di distanza. Sci Big Boulder o Jack Frost Mountains entrambi i minuti che forniscono anche snowboard e snow tubing. Altre attrazioni locali nelle vicinanze includono Pocono Raceway e Split Rock resort. Altre attività includono motoslitta, equitazione, paintball, trekking rafting, pesca, caccia, minigolf, parchi acquatici, casinò, bowling, cinema, campi da golf multipli e outlet.

Was a nice get away

The house was very clean, spacious, well organized and had a lot of great bed options for families. Our main complaint was that the driveway wasn’t plowed upon arrival so there was a thick layer of ice underneath all the snow which was a pretty big hazard especially with children. There was a shovel located on the deck and some salt that we used to try to melt some of the ice on the steps at the very least. We also were not aware from the initial listing that we needed linens until the host messaged us the day prior. Thankfully we all had extra linens and it wasn’t a problem, so just a heads up for future renters! The host was very pleasant when communicating with her, her responses just took some time which wasn’t a big deal. Overall we had a nice stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Spot

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! We loved the cozy living room, making fires after skiing. Super close to Big Boulder. Lots of rooms for larger groups!

Lake getaway

The house was just as described and very welcoming. My family had a great extended weekend even through the weather didn’t fully cooperate. There is plenty to do in the area and in the house with all of the games that are provided and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Perfect location, great house, great price

This house was great for our group. We were 3 families with multiple kids, so we used 3 rooms for adults and 2 rooms for kids. The upstairs living room was a great space to hang out and well stocked with games and puzzles. Clean and exactly as described upon arrival. The hot tub was amazing after a day in the cold skiing. Thanks to the owner for being super responsive to our questions. We had a great two night stay and the price can't be beat. Note to renters: bring everything - linens (including hand towels for kitchen and bath), paper products (paper towels, plates, napkins), dishwasher soap, foil/plastic wrap, plastic containers for leftovers, laundry soap, all toiletries, etc.

Spacious house for 9 guests that could accommodate more. Convenient location to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Owner was responsive and very helpful when a minor issue needed repair. Overall, fun time away with friends in the Poconos.

Great for groups

House was as listed. A lot of beds to accommodate large groups and kids/families. Great second floor seating area. Did not indicate that linens were not included in the listing, there was a last minute scramble to book rentals. Overall a nice house and close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder.

Lake Harmony Summer Bliss

We had a very nice time in the Lake Harmony area! We enjoyed being on a cul de sac which was quiet during the week but turned into party haven on the weekend which gave us a little less sleep! Better bear proof containers are needed with trash being pulled into the woods, can’t blame the bears! Overall it was a great experience for all our grown kids and grandchildren! Karen and Tom

Great stay!

We had such a great experience staying at this home! We enjoyed sitting by the fire and going in the hot tub. All the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We spent so much time on the large, back deck. I highly recommend this rental!

Mom-Mom’s 70th Birthday Celebration

All 16 of us arrived Friday (1/31/20). We were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious the house was for us. Every couple had their own bedroom and there was a bedroom that looked like it was designed for all 8 grandchildren. The children loved the large bedroom. We enjoyed the kitchen area for cooking and it over looked the woods and Sunday morning we had a visit from a deer family. Everything about this home was lovely and it was a perfect place for a special birthday celebration for mom-mom. We are anxious to hopefully be able to rent this beautiful home again the same time next year.

Amazing stay

1. Immaculate house 2. Great backyard and games to go with it 3. Short walk to boulders through the jungle 4. Access to private beach was a plus for kids 5. Ample space for a group of 15+ 6. The outside decks were great with ample seating (We spent alomst all the time outside except for eating)

Great place to stay

The house has everything you can imagine you would need away from home in the kitchen. Fire pit was awesome and we used the corn hole game available as well. It was true to what I expected from what was advertised. Fit our 14 people with plenty of room. Love love love the two decks! Saw lots of wildlife including a bear a couple of times. Would highly recommend this property.

Had alot of fun, couldnt get a hold of owner, tried couple of times, once i called, she replied right away, didnt know about no sheets, no paper towels, or trash bags, otherwise ran to store for couple of supplies, and was good then!loved the house, saw 2 bears, plenty of deer, pergect weather!!!
