HOT TUB: There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or injuries you or any other guests might experience following the use of this hot tub. Guests use hot tub at their own risk. Our hot tub technician will switch out the water during deep cleans, this will cause the hot tub to take at least 24 hours to heat up, we cannot control when this happens.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are three security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One at each entry points but away from line of sight of hot tub for privacy. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property.

***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500.
***Note: All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.
***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation amount and cannot exceed 8 guests. Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $50 per unregistered guest per night.
***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.
***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.
