Wonderful home and gracious host. Highly recommend. We were able to take our family dog, heat the pool, had fun with the game table, it had everything we needed, very clean, comfortable. Plenty of room, towels, blankets, coffee & essentials stocked. Great location. We launch at site 6 close by. We fit two trucks with 20 ft boats on trailers in the two car driveway. We brought an air mattress for our son and he used the master closet to sleep (his choice). He didn't have to. There's room in the master for another air bed or two. There are four showers, dual master, guest and outdoor which is really convenient. Good neighborhood. Lots of shopping and dining, things to do on the lake. Wonderful stay.

Five Stars All Around for this Lake Havasu City GEM. The Perfect Home Away from Home!

Our stay at this vacation rental was truly exceptional. The host/owner (Jonathan) was absolutely wonderful—extremely responsive, communicative, and clearly invested in making sure everything was perfect for our visit. The home itself is stunning, tucked in a welcoming neighborhood with distant views of Lake Havasu from both the lanai and kitchen.Inside, the space is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home. Whether you’re curling up with a good book, having a family movie night, or spending the evening by the beautifully lit pool, this home sets the stage for pure relaxation. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the experience—for adults, kids, and even our four-legged family members.The location is also ideal: close to the heart of town with easy access to grocery stores, great restaurants, gyms, and plenty of pet grooming services. The house is well-equipped with modern amenities too, including streaming services, an integrated sound system, and strong WiFi (which my sister especially appreciated while working remotely during our eight-day stay).In every way, this property felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return next summer.
