House è nuovissima appena costruita. Tranquillo, elegante N Lake Havasu. Ottima vista lago e arredamento molto confortevole TV a schermo piatto Direct Wifi Preferirei affittuari mensili per favore non animali domestici.
Garage per 2 auto vicino alle escursioni, pesca, sci, tanto divertimento e buona cucina, il tempo è fantastico

Wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and beautiful house. Sleep number bed in master bedroom super comfortable. The other 2 bedrooms were very comfortable as well. Well stocked pantry and very clean. The view of the sunset over the lake every night was beautiful!. Cary was very responsive to all of our calls or texts. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great home and location

We loved staying at Cary’s home in the hills of Lake Havasu…the house is beautiful and clean, has everything we needed. The location in the hills makes it peaceful away from crowds and traffic. Best part is sitting in the front at sunset looking at the hills and Lake Havasu!

Great house, fantastic host and boat parking!

The house was very nice and extremely clean. I couldn’t have asked for more. Having the ability to park my boat in the garage was essential. Highly recommended!!

Killer house with amazing view!

We had such a nice time. The house is amazing, clean, well furnished. The view is insane. Those sunsets! We really enjoyed the main room and the nice quiet patio. Beds are super comfy and overall absolutely loved it!

Great Place

Nice quiet location. Very clean. The garage is awesome, and was the determining factor in us renting this home. I was able to put my enclosed trailer, 2 motorcycles and my Escalade inside with room to spare.

Best rental yet!

First off, have to say that Cary and Tanya know how to make their guests feel at home. Beautiful new home; decorated just right; had everything we needed for our month long stay; cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen is well stocked; giant garage was an great added bonus as we had 2 vehicles; the lake view and Havasu sunsets from the front patio were beautiful. Lastly, gotta say that Cary was the best at communication with all the rentals we’ve ever done. He always replied within minutes with any questions we had. We did not have a single issue while staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again Cary and Tanya for an awesome, relaxing stay in your beautiful home.

Excellent Property

This is a new house with a two car garage for your use. It is a short drive to anything you need or want to do. The owner is easy to work with and answers phone calls and texts quickly. The only thing I would ding him on is I had to contact him about the check in process and would have preferred him to send me something in an e-mail earlier.

Falsely advertised pool.

Booked this rental house on HomeAway app for a graduation trip. Amenities say there’s a pool, but there is not. Grad group was 8 young men either over 18 or over 21. They were accompanied by my husband. Owner agreed to 8 people then got mad about it later. The guys had people over the first night but owner got very angry and texted pictures of the boys and girls leaving the house. These were taken with the doorbell camera which we were not aware of. He continuously texted me about it till after midnight the first night even though my husband had everyone leave and they agreed to not have any friends over for the rest of the stay as per owner request. Next day owner screamed at my husband and son and texted me and my other son that the boys were trespassing on his property and threatened to call the cops, kept saying his neighbor was a cop, his son’s friend was a cop etc etc. He seemed to be very annoyed that my husband went with the guys instead of me, that somehow that meant we were trespassing? My husband had to work on his truck late at night in the garage too and of course owner was angry about that too. My husband also requires a service dog and owner complained about that too. Basically the grad group had to use the place just to sleep and no one could relax or have any fun while at the house. They stayed on the water most days and made the best of it since there was no pool at the house either. Be aware that owner will micromanage and watch your every move and is up the hill from the house. If your looking for privacy and summer fun this is definitely NOT the house for you.

Lovely home...inside and out!

We had a wonderful March in Lake Havasu City! Our hosts were kind enough to leave recommendations for places to go, things to do, and places to eat and drink! We tried many of those and went back to several of the recommendations. Havasu is just 70 minutes from Laughlin, an easy trip. The drive to the town of Parker is beautiful and the Pirate’s Den has delicious food and is a great place for boat watching! The London Bridge is an active spot with good walking trails and benches to stop and watch the action! Coming back to the house after a busy day was so relaxing. Everything we needed was right there! We hope to visit again sometime in the future!
