Un'ultima fuga Havasu

Questa è una bellissima 2226 s. f. Piano casa diviso. L'arredamento è un'accogliente combinazione di oggetti d'antiquariato e moderni (boho chic). È molto spazioso, ma altrettanto accogliente.
Si entra attraverso una porta di vetro di 8 piedi o direttamente attraverso il garage per 3 auto. Pavimenti piastrellati, soffitti a volta e un camino in pietra accatastato danno il via alla grande sala.
Dotato di due divani (uno è un letto a scomparsa), una TV da 60 pollici e cursori offrono l'accesso al cortile grande e privato. Dotato di piscina riscaldata / spa e grill. Vi è inoltre una comoda area salotto con un focolare in vetro e un patio recintato aggiuntivo fuori dalla cucina con tavolo da pranzo.

Dalla grande sala, le porte scorrevoli del fienile da 8 piedi conducono a un grande maestro con un letto king size, cabina armadio, nascondere un divano letto, TV, cabina doccia, toeletta e doppio lavandino.
Le camere da letto 2 e 3 (una ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra un re) hanno enormi armadi dal pavimento al soffitto.
Nuova vernice e moquette ovunque.
Questa casa si trova in zone residenziali molto ricercate. A due passi dal campo da golf e in posizione centrale.

We took two teenage girls for spring break and loved everything about this house. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plenty full and soft in the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. The location was perfect for us… It’s a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe and comfortable we did not want to leave and will be back! .

This is the fifth year in this wonderful Burke house. We love the location where mountains and water are in view on our daily walks. It is a short drive to great restaurants, the London Bridge, and the downtown area. The house is spacious and well designed for entertaining grandkids when they visit. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and the backyard area is spacious for relaxing and entertaining. The host is extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

This house is beautiful. The decor is very cool with so much to look at. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The outside area is a great place to chill out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to all the action yet private and quiet. Lynn is a fantastic host. She responded immediately to all my inquiries. Highly recommended this property to anyone visiting Lake Havasu.

My family gathered in Lake Havasu this summer for the first time in nearly a decade! We had too many for one location so we branched off and got several rentals. In our rental were the adults without children, and this house was perfect for us! It was large enough to not be on top of eachother but cozy enough to be able to commune together in several areas inside and out! We are all foodies and really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as well as the grill and grilling utensils! The bedrooms were comfy and all had a wonderful fan to sleep under, there was a bar located in the living room, comfortable furniture inside and out and a wonderful selection of books to peruse all around the house! The pool was a little smaller than i am used to seeing but it was perfect for us as well as all of the seating options around it! The host was wonderfully helpful with communications throughout the whole process including our last minute canine addition, but the icing on the literal cake is that they make us a "welcome" cake, it was chocolate and beautiful and delicious! I have stayed at a lot of rentals and have never experienced that. I look forward to coming back to this rental again and again!

The location had easy access to the bridge and shopping area. Several high quality restaurants near the bridge with great views of the Lake. The home had a very nice layout, great coffee selection and a chocolate cake waiting for us. Excellent home for any mix of people.

We absolutely loved this house. Great location and the split layout for two couples is nice, each with king beds. The host was easy to communicate with, left us a sweet welcome gift for our arrival which we enjoyed too. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, the pool spa and fire pit were fun and all in working order, just a great all around property.

Brought my family (adult kids) for a weekend on the lake. This house was a great size and a quick trip to the lake and the London Bridge area. The house had plenty of things to do (swimming pool, air hockey, pool table, books, music, and of course tv). Had a great time.

Pool was clean and warm. Spa great. Neighborhood quiet. Home and furniture very comfortable. Decorated nicely. Slept like a baby on king bed. Liked dish satellite and Netflix. Private backyard. Communication with host excellent. A few minor things were fixed right away. Loved the location in a well kept and beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We really loved staying at this home. It was very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quite and buitiful. We were able to feel at home inside and out on the patio, in the pool and spa. The host was awesome. We had a minor issue at the beginning with the spa and she was quick to resolve it. Thank you!
