Divertiti nel cortile in stile resort con un'estesa opera in pietra di travertino, scintillante piscina riscaldata dal sole, giochi d'acqua, luci colorate e ingresso alla spiaggia di Baja. Nuove TV satellitari intelligenti nella grande sala da 70 "con sound bar, master da 50" e patio esterno da 50 ". WiFi wireless ad alta velocità con dati illimitati per Netflix o Hulu. . Tutto nuovo tutto! Goditi l'Happy Hour / la cena al tramonto nel patio della veranda con tavolo da bar alto fuoco e vista sul lago. Rear ha posti a sedere all'aperto per le conversazioni e un ampio bar da pranzo con accogliente tavolo da fuoco. Garage per camper da 50 'con tutti i collegamenti, più o 2 garage per auto. This house is outstanding! It had everything we needed and more! The home was fully stocked; the kitchen, the bedrooms & bathrooms, the pool accessories, and the "Guest Cooler" inside the garage. The pool was a great place to hang out during the evening, while watching soccer matches from the backyard TV. The owners definitely put so much thought into making guests feel so welcomed! We will stay here again!!!

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first get-away since retirement and this home couldn't have been more perfect for us. We loved the size, the decor, the quiet neighborhood and back yard privacy. The pool was awesome and we spent most of our afternoons just relaxing outside. We were pleasantly surprised with the solar-heated pool ... no extra heating cost and was warm enough almost every day to enjoy. Owners Mike and Beth were awesome; quick to answer any questions and then would follow up too. It was hard to leave after making this our second home for 45 days. Because of the great experience, we plan on coming back to Lake Havasu City next year.

Quality Family Time

We had a great stay with our group of six. The property was beautiful, very clean and tidy. The owners were extremely responsive and kind throughout the booking process and stay. The location is close to great hiking trails and the downtown area. The pool/patio area was amazing for gathering and spending time together. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Great Stay in a well kept home!

We were nervous about booking a trip in July to such a hot area (we are from Ohio, so definitely not used to the AZ weather), but we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations this home had to offer! The home offered great space for our entire family to meet up, and we really enjoyed the pool outside! The swim ledges and umbrellas were perfect, especially with our little ones. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the garage space was a nice added bonus! The owners were also incredibly responsive and kind to us. We have already talked about amother trip there!

Beautiful Lake Havasu

My wife and I just spent the month of April in a remarkable property in Lake Havasu City. The property certainly lives up to its 5-star rating! The house and property contain everything one needs to spend a relaxing and carefree getaway. The property is new, wonderfully equipped and everything is in excellent condition. This along with the amazing weather makes for a truly wonderful vacation along with many great things to do in the area. Besides all of the above, this property's most amazing asset is the host, Mike. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years, and by far the most attentive, and caring host we have ever dealt with is Mike by far. He is really on top of his game and is immediately responsive to any inquiry or concern. We certainly hope to return to this gorgeous property and would really recommend it to anyone that is considering a trip to this area. Thanks again Mike, for a truly wonderful month, and hope to do it again in the future.

Havasu Heaven

There is a reason this property has all 5 star reviews. This is probably the nicest rental property we have stayed in. Perfectly clean inside and out, even in the back yard/pool area, which is hard to do this time of year with the wind. Communication was great, everything was very clear in advance. Front patio area was awesome in the morning for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay again when in Havasu.
