Centrally located, we are a quick drive to the lake and boat launch.

The space
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
Bedroom 1 - Master: King size bed, Day Bed Reading Nook, Ensuite bathroom with shower & bathtub. There is also a Roku Smart TV in Master.
Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Bunk Beds
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds
Bedroom 4: Futon/Twin Bunk Bed Combo

And to make your stay even more comfortable, we provide these toiletries for each bathroom: Shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, body bar soap, and lotion.

GREAT ROOM
The Great Room is the center of the home featuring an entertainment center housing a 65 inch Roku smart TV that is perfect for game day or movie nights. A large accent wall with wooden floating shelf and an accented fireplace adds to the coziness. The room also features a sleeper sectional that can turn into a queen size bed and also a twin sized day bed along a fun accent wall. This is where all your family's core memories will happen, whether playing family fun games or relaxing on the sofa with some snacks and ambient lighting.

GOURMET KITCHEN
This is the kitchen of your dreams. Open to the Great room, no one will ever feel separated from the action. The kitchen features brand new appliances, a butcher block island and a bar top that seats three. An additional bar top facing the great room seats another three people. Its the perfect place to sit and have a drink while watching the game. The best part of our gourmet kitchen is the coffee bar. Make your favorite single serve coffee or espresso or brew a whole pot for your family to enjoy. The modern dinning room features a marble top table that seats 6 as well as a beautiful modern pendant light fixture.

First two cups of coffee are on the house. We include two Keurig pods as well as creamer for you to enjoy your morning coffee.

RESORT-STYLE BACKYARD
This serene and spacious backyard is where your family will be spending its days and nights. Bask in the sun as you relax on chaise loungers and swim in our brand new custom-built pool and spa. Hanging lights across the backyard add to the magic and ambience while you have a night swim or bbq dinner for your family. The covered patio allows you to enjoy some shade and houses the outdoor dinning table that seats 6, to the lounge area for relaxing with a margarita in your hand. The backyard has an amazing flow to it from the patio area, to the firepit. Tucked by the master bedroom you will find a gorgeous lounge area of 5 Adirondack surrounding a firepit. We also have an official Corn Toss set for you and your family to enjoy. With all the amenities our backyard houses, we don't blame you for never wanting to leave.

PARKING
Our corner property is on a large lot and has plenty of parking space. The most important feature is the gravel on right side of the property that can fit multiple cars, trucks, boats and RV's. We have counted 4 SUV's, 2 trucks with trailers and two cars all parked comfortably.

GAME ROOM:
Your friends and family are going to love our one of a kind game room. We have transformed our two car garage into an airconditioned, state of the art game room that's going to be the highlight of your stay. Game Room Includes:

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property as well as the backyard and garage. The only portion that is private is the RV garage.
