From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with unreal sunset views from the kitchen, dining room, and backyard. This home was designed for guests who want the full Havasu experience: pool days, boat days, BBQ nights, and slow mornings with coffee overlooking the desert sky.

Welcome to your Havasu summer hangout. Between the sunset views and the backyard setup, it’s hard to pick the best part of this house. From the kitchen, dining room, and backyard, you’ll have a front-row seat to those unreal Havasu sunsets after long lake days.

Built for summer living, the backyard is where everyone ends up. Cool off in the solar-heated/chilled pool, relax under the misters, throw the game on the outdoor TV, or hang around the fire features after the sun goes down. There’s a glass fire table, wood-burning fire pit, JBL speaker, propane BBQ with a backup tank, and a passthrough kitchen window that keeps drinks and snacks flowing without missing the fun.

Inside, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a margarita machine to kick off vacation mode. The living room is cozy for movie or game nights, and the Murphy bed folds away during the day to keep the space open and comfortable.

Perfect for families or groups, the kids’ room includes books and bean bags, while the additional bedrooms feature plush bedding and smart TVs. A portable crib and highchair are also available for little guests.

The primary suite is located upstairs with its own private attached bathroom, and the bunk room is also on the top floor.

This home features four TVs located in the living room, primary suite, second king bedroom, and outside under the covered patio.

The main living area is on the middle floor and includes a half bathroom. On the lower floor, you’ll find another full bathroom located just outside the king bedroom.

The garage is fully accessible for guests, and there’s plenty of parking for boats, trailers, and all your Havasu toys.

Whether you’re here for lake days, sunset nights, or just slowing down with family and friends, we hope this home becomes part of your favorite Havasu memories year after year.

Pool Heating
The pool is heated by solar. Temperatures can vary with the weather. Please note: the pool is warm, not hot. Since it’s cooler than body temperature, it may feel chilly at first but quickly becomes comfortable once you’re in.

Pool chilling
Summertime heat can have this pool up to 90+ degrees. This is the same temps our lake gets up to. We are happy to use the chiller please reach out to your host. Even with the chiller on and temps high we see it going down to the mid 80`s

Pool company comes on Mondays and Fridays

Stairs
This home does have stairs and may not be suitable for all guests.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests, with the understanding that some will share beds, use the couch, or the provided portable crib. Please review bed setups before booking to make sure it works for your group.

Pets are welcome! Please make sure they are included on your reservation, as a pet fee does apply.

We ask that you pick up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. If you have a furry friend that sheds heavily, please help us minimize fur throughout the home by keeping them out of unnecessary rooms and placing throws and decorative pillows in a closet during your stay.

It can be very difficult to remove every pet hair, so we truly appreciate guests doing their part to help keep the home comfortable and fur-free for future visitors.
