The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed for cooking. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home for those wanting to travel light or extended stays. We are a short distance away from a community park, perfect for families with children, or adults wanting to enjoy some outdoor sports with friends. The Lake Havasu Marina is a short 10-minute drive from the house.

There are 4 cameras on the property for security reasons; two cameras overlooking the front yard (above the garage and the front window on the other end of the home), one camera located on the side of the garage by the back gate, and one inside of the garage. Please remember that the garage is off-limits to all guests.
