Bella camera da letto FIVE su misura FOUR bagni completi con VISTA INCREDIBILE! PISCINA RISCALDATA impostata su 80 gradi! (Aprile-ottobre) Perfetto per nuotare la notte!

Due master suite con bagno privato. DUE letti KING, TRE letti QUEEN e due letti gemelli nella sala tv / soggiorno al piano terra, quindi un sacco di spazio per i grandi gruppi di diffondere. (3500 SF)

Goditi le serate all'aperto accanto a un capanno coperto con TV esterna e impianto stereo vicino alla piscina con vista mozzafiato! La proprietà esegue il backup su BLM land in modo che i panorami siano impeccabili giorno e notte. C'è un cancello nella parte posteriore con accesso diretto a chilometri di sentieri per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta.

Large home

This home was amazing for our large group! The kids really enjoyed the downstairs loft area. House was clean and very organized. Unfortunately the people who rented before us, blasted the heater on the pool (in June) and the pool was too hot to swim in for 2 days. Jennifer was great on handling that with her pool company. Great home! Definitely will stay here again!

Good from far but far from good

The house was ok. There are a lot of small things that need work and touch ups to make it more of an enjoyable stay. Appliances need help. Pots and pans were disgusting and should be replaced. Cheap bedding- sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The pool was nice and clean. Plenty of rooms for sleeping options.

Lake Havasu family trip

This house was perfect for our two families!! The pool was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of pool towels and bath towels which was SO nice! We plan to make this a yearly trip and will definitely be back.

Lake Havasu Stay

Large house with wonderful property including access to Open Space land through the back gate and heated pool. Exceptional parking for all of us. The home was stocked with essentials that meant that we could ease into our stay. Beautiful master suite and bath!

Wonderful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Our group of 11 had plenty of space. Jennifer's home was warm and inviting. The pool and outdoor area was the best. The master was huge and the view of the mountains was amazing. Jennifer responded immediately if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Softball Family End of All Stars Annual Trip

We are a group of 4 families who annually end summer with a trip to Havasu. This was out first time at this location and it was loves by all. Perfect location, set up and floorplan. It was nice to enjoy the pool the first night and later after a day on the lake.

Lake Havasu family vacation

The property was good for a large gathering of people. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with lots space for lounging. The pool was great and made our stay so much better especially since the temps were over 100. It has a large kitchen for cooking and the pantry was great for added storage. I would have like to see the back yard taken care of a bit more. Many lights were not working and the area around the outdoor seating looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed in quite some time. We arrived with the dishwasher not working (no notice) which created a ton of extra work to wash dishes for 12 people. The ceiling intake fans need to be cleaned, especially the one over the bed and upstairs couch. I would stay here again, but would like to see a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for all of us. Our sons and friends loved the backyard access to the open area to mountain bike and at night we turned off all the lights and watched the stars…simply breathtaking. Also 2 minutes drive to the grocery was a huge bonus…thank you for sharing our home, we made great memories:)

I loved the house, it was in a very nice location and had everything we needed.

The property was very nice. It had everything I needed and had plenty of space for a group. It was a short drive to the boat ramps, grocery store and gas station. There was lots of parking for cars and boats, and in a nice neighborhood. I’d love to stay again! Thank you!
