Pool lake house with plenty of beds and parking!

Awesome 4 bedroom 2 bath lake house right in the center of beautiful Lake Havasu! This house has a large master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a Roku tv. The third and fourth room has 2 bunk bed with twin beds on top and full beds on the bottom. The living area has plenty of couch space, a large TV and a sound bar to make for comfy family time! Back yard has a beautiful large pool and swim deck perfect for those hot days! There is plenty of parking in front of the home and also a large side yard for boats and RV's! There is no garage access.





*No events or parties - Owner has the right to ask guest to leave with no refund if rules are broken - as well as an associated fine
*Please no more guests the you stated when booking the home. - Owner has the right to ask guest to leave with no refund if rules are broken.
*Absolutely no glass or food in or around the pool - if the pool needs drained it will be at the expense of the guest
* Pool towels are not to leave the premises, they will be counted at the end of the stay.
*Absolutely no animals. -Owner has the right to ask guest to leave with no refund if rules are broken- as well as an extra cleaning charge.
* If the BBQ is used please clean before check out.

POOL RULES:
No standing on the table in the pool.
No jumping off the roof into the pool.
No glass or food by the pool.

Overall great stay and exactly what we payed for...

The property was clean and very well presented... The overall stay was exactly what we were looking for and feel we accomplished the vacation we wanted... The one down fall was the camera's in the back yard. We had a friend show up later in the weekend and forgot to tell him about the "No Glass" rule which we had followed and simply overlooked it once he showed up. However we were notified by the property owner very quickly that glass was not allowed MEANING they were watching the back yard camera's... That only concerns me because what if some of the females on the trip decided to sunbath... Or what if someone wanted some alone time... Just weird I guess... I understand the reason for the camera's but not the watching them when guests are present...

Family Week Long Stay

My family and I stayed here for a week to visit other family in the area. My overall impression was just okay. There were some great things and some unpleasant things. The property manager was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. She allowed us to check in early and we were so grateful! But after checking in, we realized that it might have come at the expense of a good cleaning. We found about 6 empty liquor bottles around the house and pool area. Which might not have been so concerning if we didn’t have so many small children in our group. The house in general didn’t appear as if it had really been cleaned in quite a long time, probably just picked up a little. There were food crumbs and other small things all over the house. There were also other small things that could have been maintained better: a towel bar that fell down as soon as we touched it, not very well stocked kitchen as far as cooking equipment, a door alarm that didn’t work and not enough of some essentials like toilet paper. The great things about the house: the pool! Lots of towels, blankets and pillows. Plenty of dishes for all of us and lots of space. Overall, this property could be great if it is maintained much better in the future. And, like I said, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would consider staying again if I knew it would be cleaned well and kept up. After staying, we realized why this one might have been cheaper than similar houses in the area.
