  • Pet friendly. Our elevated mobile home and amenities are Perfect for romantic or family getaways. Waterfront lake house! Amazing views of Lake Havasu and mountains! Located a few steps away from the water on the Island. During fall season, we cooperate with Corporate housing and Insurance relocations for families during home repairs.

    2 bedroom / 1 bathroom

    * Primary bedroom (Queen size bed) Black out curtains

    * Bunk Room- bedroom is located on the Exterior of the home . Ideal for Adults/Teenagers that want privacy. Sleeps 2-3 people (Bottom-Full size bunk Top- Twin bunk)

    * Self inflatable queen size air mattress fits perfectly in the living room for additional sleeping.

    * Portable crib/playpen, baby sheets, baby towels

    * Well behaved/potty trained Dogs are welcome! Certain restrictions apply for breeds.

    *Golf cart (if on site) is available for our guests to use within the resort
    Boaters:
    *Private Launch- No Lines to launch your boat. *Remodeled docks; Boat slip rentals ( for boats 26 ft and under)
    *For Overnight Beach Cove parking ( boats over 26 ft and over) You will need to Reserve your beach spot directly with our resort once you have booked your stay.

    *Community Pool/ Spa, Laundry facility, bathrooms/showers, cardio machines & pool table in recreation room.

    Recommendations:
    BOAT CAPTAIN and BOAT RENTALS.
    Captain picks up your party and or drop off your boat rental to our cove below our home or our docks.
    PRIVATE YOGA sessions on our deck - morning yoga or evening is the best!

    Once you are booked, we recommend booking your optional recommendations directly with our Boat Captain and Yoga Instructors. ( message me for more info)

    * RING Doorbell -video/audio/cameras- used for security purposes.
    Ring Doorbell is located at the front door of the home, below combo box. Additional exterior cameras are located at the front patio and left corner of rear patio.

Went for a quick family trip to spend time on the lake and just relax. Loved this place so much that we plan to keep coming back because of its location, the amazing set up of the place and the ability to have our boat parked in the water near by.

An amazing trip to Inspiration Point. The whole stay was great from beginning to end. Really appreciated Laura's 5-star hospitality thru our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here for a chance to relax and unwind in gracious and well appointed accomodations.

This was such a wonderful spot. We really enjoyed staying and loved having that beach right down the stairs so we could beach the boat have lunch and get back on the water. Laura and Ralph were great with informing us of everything. We will definitely be back. Oh and so nice to have the golf cart too!

Location, location, location!!

Everything was wonderful!! The views from the back deck were like a postcard for this Indiana couple. From the lake to the mountains it was amazing. Great location! All the beauty and peace and quiet all at the same time.

My husband and I came out here to go fishing with our boat and our dogs, so the convenience of this property was a draw for us. Our small dogs were able to hangout on the patio with us and enjoy the lake view and people-watching during the windier parts of the day when it wasnt ideal to be fishing. I was able to do photography of passing boats from the balcony and overall just enjoy the outdoor lakeside without being in the sun.My husband LOVED the provided electric golf cart that he could drive to the dock in less than 2 minutes to get to his boat (beach parking was an option for our boat but we didnt end up utilizing it, although its convenient). Our truck was able to fit in the provided parking space with the golf cart onsite, so parking was a breeze. Our boat trailer parked free nearby the dock.Check-in was painless at the front office and the security guard was easy to work with for boating info, we really liked the staff here.Laura was very attentive and helpful for all of my questions prior to our booking and during our stay.The unit felt a bit smaller than I expected but Im 200lbs and 8 months pregnant so thats probably just me. I believe advertising it for up to 6 people is pretty reasonable.There were a handful of complimentary snacks, plenty of coffees, toiletries, and condiments, which is such a thoughtful characteristic! With the groceries we brought, they had plenty of cooking supplies for me to cook for the weekend.We wouldnt stay anywhere else in Havasu!

Great stay

Great place for the first trip to Lake Havasu! The second "bunk house" bedroom was a little inconvenient when having to walk outside onto the deck to enter the main house to use the restroom, but it worked fine. The view and wildlife watching from the deck was the best part! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Inspiration Point on the lake. Nice and cozy, a great place to get away. Had all the comports of home, has a huge pool and easy access to the lake. Ralph and Laura were great hosts, provided all the essentials and communicated through out our stay. We will definitely make this a yearly tradition!

Memorial Day Escape

This was a wonderful place to soak in the view of Lake Havasu. We enjoyed BBQ every night and watching the sunset. went swimming on the beach below. If you want to relax and have a peace of mind This place is for you!

Above and Beyond

Perfect landing spot for a great vacation, wether just for a weekend or a week long stay. Property was well equipped, with all the essentials needed to enjoy our time away. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, and to say the location is phenomenal, would be an understatement. You cannot find a better place to stay lake front in Havasu then Inspiration Point ! Look forward to our next stay at this amazing property !

Heaven on the lake

This place is amazing . To wake up every morning and watch the sunrise was so good for the soul. The most relaxing atmosphere. The place was clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable too. Perfect vacation spot. Host was amazing to work with. We cant wait to go back.

Great little lake house!

Our stay at inspiration point was perfect! The house is very well stocked. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you might need. We truly enjoyed our stay! The view was perfect. Laura answered all my questions before and during our stay.

Perfect spot to enjoy the lake

This property is perfect for exploring and relaxing at Lake Havasu. The house is on a bay with a beach where you can keep your boat overnight. The view from the house is great to watch the boats on the lake cruise bye yet separate enough to not be in the thick of it. The house provides the perfect spot to enjoy the lake!
