“Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended.”

“La casa ha una vista molto bella sul lago e le montagne, è ampia (su 3 livelli) e ha un posto auto privato. Peccato per la trascuratezza di molte cose: la camera matrimoniale al piano più basso è molto umida e il bagno non è all’altezza con una tenda della doccia che non si usa più neanche negli ostelli, il terrazzo è totalmente trascurato e dovrebbe essere il pezzo forte della casa, la qualità della biancheria da letto e degli asciugamani molto ruvida. “What a charmer! Quiet, clean, and the perfect dining room with panoramic lake views. Breakfast and snack menus offered tasty options. The hot tub is a nice touch, and very friendly staff too. I highly recommend this hotel!”

“Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. ”

“We did not take advantage of pool etc but the location with the bus stop in front on the property made in a very quick one stop from the busy and beautiful downtown. Restaurant and charming fireplace area for drinks were nice. Staff great.”

“The buffet breakfast was an awesome spread of food suitable for everyone. Our room was both clean and comfortable with the bonus of a big bed very comfy pillows and a balcony with a view. To have our car safe and valet parked overnight was a real bonus.”

“簡単に言えば「文句はないものの高い」というところか。 街の中心地に徒歩数分で行けるので便利な立地だが、その分割高。ただ、クイーンズタウン全般にNZの他の都市と比べても割高感があるので仕方ないのかもしれない。設備は4星ホテルとしては全く問題ない。古い建物だがメンテナンスは良くされていた印象。スタッフの方も皆さん感じが良かった。”
