“Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. “This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! “This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.”
