“Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna”

Minor nits: could use a second chair, elevator slow, mattress slides on platform bed at little too easily. Very good value for the price.”

“The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!”

“We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes.”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. “This has been my go-to for about nine years when visiting family in the area. It’s clean, friendly, convenient and also has a great breakfast!!!”

“The hotel is in need of repair. The lampshade next to the bed had a fist sized hole in it, there was a large hole in the carpet by the door, the carpet in front of the bathroom had tape on it to hold it down. The hotel lost power twice in the five days we were there. I expected better from the Marriott brand.”
