“Staff were helpful. Didnt like that i wasnt able to pay the $30 incidental fee with cash especially when they had no problem with me paying cash for my room ($212). But was able to figure it out so no worries.”

“The front desk was cordial but didn’t mention breakfast times or Wifii passwords. Room was okay but dirty bathroom floors in corners and bedside table was completely filthy with many sticky drink rings and multiple sticky drips and finger marks like from maple syrup. Very disgusting. The tables to eat breakfast in the morning were also very dirty and chairs not even set at all the tables and front desk staff ate waffles at the desk prior to cleaning tables and kitchen area. “From the pictures online, it appeared that the hotel had nice rooms. When we arrived on Friday, May 22nd, it couldn’t be further from the truth. The parking lot didn’t have any vehicles in it and it was Memorial weekend. That should have been my first warning but we proceeded to check in.
