“The facility needs some upgrades. Some areas it is visible they have upgraded like the lobby, but in other areas of the property it needs some major TLC and cleaning up of derelict equipment laying around. The room was clean and manageable with small children. However, there were no ground floors available and no elevator. With young children, it was very difficult to unload the vehicle and carry heavy items up stairs.
The breakfast is non-existent and it is better to go to the local diner or...

“We are not casino people at all, but we needed a last minute place to stay in the area. We were impressed with the size, quality, and cleanliness of the room. The pool was nice as well with an adults only pool and a family pool. Room check in was smooth. We will come back for sure.”

“It was obvious that they were trying to revive the timeshare business against the hotel. Food was great. They need to get a system to control air conditioning. You should not be cold all the time. Definitely need hire front desk staff at hotel frontdedk”
