“We were told that due to booking by a third party, our room could only be accessed from the outside. The bugs are allover that access area and attack you and your car. We didn't understand this situation, when we were given the option. If you are given that option, take it.”

“Well appointed rooms with great linens and fantastic soaps and hair care products. A/C was aways cold , great shower water pressure. Staff went out of the way to make our 25th wedding anniversary a pleasurable quiet weekend. ”

“Que horror!!! SOBREVIVIMOS!! Nos quedamos aqui por emergencia. Es sucio, huele horroroso, no se siente seguro. El desayunó, terrible. Además el front desk no pudo valorar que teníamos un niño de 6 meses, e hicieron que nos quedáramos afuera en el sol porque no aceptaban perros de servicio soporte emocional en el lobby.
