“Room was awful, rotting board by the bathtub, dirty floors, shower curtain was old and shredding, no hot water in the morning for shower, stains on the ceiling, changed rooms, not that much better, floor trim by bathroom door had screws standing high and just all around not the greatest . Needs a MAJOR refurbishment, TV was unwatchable and and when I complained was told, ‘spectrum have been working on it and can’t fix it’ it pixelated and was unwatchable!! Never again ”
