Hotel in zona Lake Jovita, Dade City

“Viaggiamo da tre anni on questo tipo di struttura e ci troviamo molto bene: camere grandi ed accoglienti, buona pulizia,colazione all'americana (a noi non piace tanto ma ci siamo abituati), rapporto qualità prezzo buono. È quello che noi cerchiamo e paghiamo. Quindi 5 stelle.”

“Due to the fact the hotel is extremely worn down and used, new management is trying to upgrade and renovate. However the remaining rooms should be kept to standard. I had to shower in a tub that refused to drain and I ended up in a puddle of my own dirt. Also the rooms have a mildew kind of smell in them.”

“Beautiful hotel to relax magnificently landscaped and well detailed. Continental breakfast included. Large well lite and gated unground swinging pool and vending machines. Property located, in the heart of the City.”

“This was our 3rd stay at this particular Microtel Inn. We have always had great service from check-in to check out. The staff are all very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The free breakfast offered is always a added bonus. Our room was very clean and neat. We enjoyed swimming in the pool.”

“Of the three rooms we viewed, all had mold problems. The final one that we saw even had a dehumidifier in it, showing that staff was aware of the moisture/mold problems. The smell was awful and the mold seemed to originate in the air conditioner which was just pumping mold particles into the room and air.”

“Our room was filled with bugs, several different kinds..crawling, flying, small and large. The lobby was overwhelmed by the smell of the front desk employee's body odor. Overall, it was a terrible experience.”

“The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). “The property is very nice and in a quiet area. It is located close to a shopping plaza which is great. There is plenty of option for breakfast and the staff was amazing. The only thing is that the hotel does not have microwave in the rooms.”
