“Well, this old Westin is getting dated and really needs a makeover. Everything is ok, but not exceptional by any means. My room was only partially cleaned when I arrived, the mini fridge was full of the last guest’s stuff and there were dirty bandaids on the floor.”

“The staff were kind and very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was not very clean. My room was near the kitchen so it smelled like what was cooking in the kitchen. And the second day I was there, it was less clean than the first. The cleaning staff did not do a good job.”

“The location of this hotel was good. Hot tub couldn't be used by my boyfriend and me due to several young girls "taking over" the entire pool area. The staff was friendly but not helpful with the issue my boyfriend and I experienced. We stayed with the hotel for 9 nights due to our being on business, but the first 3 nights were horrendously terrible due to noise by unruly young girls on the second floor. The girls were running up and down the hallway and banging on doors until 3:30am - yes,...
