“We were there for my son's 11th bday and decided to rent out a cabana. I'll start by saying the cabanas aren't really worth it if you can find a good spot by the pool area. “The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two double beds a month ago and when I checked in they didn’t have enough so we were moved to a room with a king bed and a roll away bed. Roll away beds are not comfortable!! The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal and and acted as if I should go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy. I told them I was coming from out of state and it was already 4:30 by then so of course I’d have to suck it up and take the room. They were so dismissive...

“Awesome place to stay. The host made check in seamless, and communicated quickly when we reached out with a question before the stay. The view was great. It was a very relaxing place to stay. There were no surprises, everything lived up to the listing. Parking was no problem,and the location was convenient to many places. We will be planning to stay again in the future. ”

“La struttura nel complesso non è male. Ha a disposizione diversi bar, un grande casino e con la navetta metro gratis che connette all Excalibur. La camera non era male nella torre ma la verità avevo fatto richiesta di housekeeping durante il soggiorno per la pulizia della camera e durante 6 giorni non sono mai venuti a riordinare o pulire quindi per me una nota dolente. ”
