Situato nel cuore del paese del vino sulla riva del South Lake Leelanau, questa splendida casa di 4 BR, 2. 5 Bagno con vista panoramica da ogni livello.

In precedenza descritto nella vetrina di Remodeled Case, la nostra casa ha goduto di consistenti recensioni "5 stelle" da quando è stato introdotto nel 2012. Come i nuovi proprietari, ci auguriamo di poter migliorare su un già favoloso fuga Leelanau.

La cucina aggiornato aperta-concept e zona giorno, oltre a mangiare all'aperto sul balcone superiore e inferiore patio assicurano una vista splendida acqua se si sceglie di cenare al chiuso o all'aperto.

Ambientazione esterna, godrete 120 piedi di privati, società di fondo sabbioso Lake Leelanau facciata. Trascorrete le vostre giornate barca a Leland, galleggiante su una zattera, o prendere il sole sul molo o zucchero di sabbia spiaggia. Il lago è poco profondo al litorale e per una buona distanza, rendendo questa grande area per la supervisione divertimento estivo per bambini. In serata, due camini (uno su entrambi i livelli) o la fossa falò forniscono l'accompagnamento perfetto per una bottiglia di vino o s'mores.

Good Getaway

Spent the weekend exploring vineyards, tasting rooms, and Fishtown in Leland. This place was great as a private escape between Leland and Suttons Bay with lots of great areas to explore.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a fabulous time at this cottage. We have stayed at several places on the same lake, but this was by far our favorite. Lots of land, the pier was in very good condition, the beach was great, and we loved the tiki shack to hang out at during the day. The inside was clean and well-maintained. We’d love to stay at the same cottage in the future.

Birthday trip

This house is perfect. The location is wonderful. Close to many wineries, the narrows, Leland, and Suttons Bay. The house was clean, and had plenty of room. We loved the dock and firepit. Heather was amazing with communication, and so helpful. We had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views mediocre home

Pros were beautiful views and great location.Home needed alot of TLC.Couch was broken and when i told the owner she said oh yes she knew she just hasnt got one yet.The master bed and front downstairs beds need repacing,the slider to the deck has no lock and you neeed to arm to close it and even then the men had to close it; owner said she'd send someone over never came.No shades on fro t living area so AC had a hard time keepFor the weely rate things need to be much better.Walk down n up hill to water is hard for older people.ing rooms at 74 and it wasnt even that hot out.Walk to water n back up hill is really hard for older people.We would never rent this home again but Im sure people will.

Lake Leelanau Family Vacation

This is the fifth time staying at this property. It is perfect for our family. Sand, lake, bonfires…what more could you ask for. We love the location and its proximity to so much adventure. Heather is a very conscientious host and is available to answer questions at any time.

Great house - beautifully located

We had a great stay at this house on the west side of Lake Leelanau. Located just about halfway between Leland and Suttons Bay, we had easy access to towns, beaches,wineries, hikes and anything else you might need. The location itself is right on the lake with a dock with a bench at the end for quiet end of day sits. The house was ample for our family - five adults and one little one, with sitting areas inside and out, an ample kitchen, etc. etc. Our host, Heather, was very responsive to our questions, and generously had a loaf of bread and some other goodies waiting for us when we arrived. A great experience overall.

Wonderful week as usual!

Heather is a wonderful conscientious host and responds quickly to questions and needs. Location is prime to visit Sutton’s Bay, Lake Leelanau and Leland for shopping. Lake and swim area were clean and Sandy bottom. We love this place and have been here multiple times.

Lake Leelanau is Amazing

We had another amazing week at South Shore. What at wonderful property on Lake Leelanau. Great yard for our grand kids to enjoy the lake swimming and playing in the sandy beach. We had a great week of family time!

Great stay in heart of Leelanau

We stayed here and had a great time. The lakefront access to Lake Leelanau is nice. Also, this location is central to many activities - Leland, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear, etc. The property is a bit older, but it was perfectly fine for the low key relaxing vacation we were looking for.

Summer fun

This is an ideal place to stay with young kids. Small sand area and shallow water. There are stairs so we brought a safety gate. Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in Leelanau county. Heather is always ready to assist in anyway possible.

The location was beautiful. If we were aware of the hill down to the lake we would not have rented because we had several members of our party with disabilities who could manage a stairway, but not the hill to the lake. Fruit flies were very bad in the home, no screen on the patio doors.
