“Clean room. Clean lobby. Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Hallways dirty, trash by elevators not taken out for the 3 days we were there. ”

“We had two rooms and both had old food in the refrigerators. No microwave in rooms. We had asked for at least one. Both bathroom sinks were clogged. But the heated outdoor pool was fabulous and makes everything else easy to live with! ”

“Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. “Breakfast was great. Pool was cold and hot tub jets had no power at all. Toilet leaked on the floor, faucet was loose and moved around. No ice in the ice machine. No TV channel menu so was very hard to navigate. Probably won't recommend to anyone. ”

“I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!”

“I arrived late, front desk was very accommodating. We asked for suggestions to get pizza since the restaurant was closing. The front desk told us to go talk to them. Kitchen was closing in 5 minutes but they made our pizza and wings without any complaints. Food was hot and delicious. This resort has wonderful views of the Bay, friendly staff and great food… ”

“The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with.
