“It was a great place the room was like a mini apartment and had everything you would need. The whole place was clean the staff very friendly and the best breakfast ive had from any hotel. It was also walking distance to a very nice Walmart and several places to eat. The only complaint i have is the pool was outside and not open other than that i would most definitely recommend it.”

“The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. ”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“Visiting Memphis and decided to stay outside the city given our budget and having heard mixed reviews of staying in the city of Memphis with some reviewers feeling unsafe…it did the job for a night so we could visit Memphis (~25 min away by car) but the hotel does not have a pool as advertised, the bathroom seemed old, and the deadbolt of our door has been broken off and the hotel had no more rooms so we had to sleep without the deadbolt. “It took over an hour and half to check in, the rooms not what you expect them to be. The bed moves and make loud noise when you sit on it. The pool was freezing cold, I was told they would come check it but nobody came. This was my second time at this hotel and I had an horrible experience! ”

“No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. ”

“Property is conveniently located by the interstate but its quiet. Beds are comfortable. They offer a breakfast setup and have reasonably priced rooms.”
