“This property is a shining example of what a mid tier hotel should be. Property and rooms impeccably clean. No crappy coffee maker, coffee is made to order machine in lobby. Breakfast top notch, multiple friendly staff smiling and hustling to make it all happen. Nice outside sitting area. Great work all and thanks. ”

“The room had 2 queens which was nice. The carpet looked new as well as the paint. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast had waffles, grits, oatmeal packets, bananas, apples, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, milk, juice. Seemed a great value for the money and right off the highway with several nearby restaurants including a what a burger in the adjacent parking lot.”

“We will NEVER stay here again. No “welcome” or eye contact from front desk during check in and no smile. Smell was awful, smokers and loud talkers standing outside our door late at night. I woke in the middle of the night thinking we were having a storm outside. Turns out it was the EXTREMELY loud and rattling air conditioner. Breakfast was bad and toaster took forever so we left. Way over priced for dirty place! The only positive is that we weren’t sleeping outside and we had a door between us...

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“Visiting Memphis and decided to stay outside the city given our budget and having heard mixed reviews of staying in the city of Memphis with some reviewers feeling unsafe…it did the job for a night so we could visit Memphis (~25 min away by car) but the hotel does not have a pool as advertised, the bathroom seemed old, and the deadbolt of our door has been broken off and the hotel had no more rooms so we had to sleep without the deadbolt. “Room was clean, missing a smoke detector in room, definitely needs some updated, stairs were worn out and not the cleanest. They only had cereal for the breakfast, pool was absolutely disgusting and had a live duck swimming in it, kinda had a mildewy smell throughout ”
