Have a blast outdoors with a day on the lake or hiking the Chimney Rock trails, then head back to the cabin. Relax on the spacious deck, soaking in the stunning views. Our game room has a foosball table, board games, and a comfy couch—ideal for winding down after a day of exploration. The sunlit dining room is perfect for any meal, and the open kitchen promises a memorable cooking experience. Just 4 miles from Lake Lure's charming downtown, 6 miles from Chimney Rock, and under an hour's scenic drive to Asheville, Lakeside Serenity awaits, whether you crave tranquility or an adventure-packed getaway!

You must be 25 years or older to rent.

Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.


🌲The Space:

There are three bedrooms in total.
1. King Bed Main Room
2. Queen Bed Guest Room
3. Two Twin beds and Two Trundle beds Guest Room


🌲Kitchen:
Large fridge, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker. Dining room table for up to 6 and bar table seats two. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!

🌲Bathrooms:
Bath in Main Bedroom— shower/ tub.
1st floor common area half bath.
Guest Bath in-room — shower
Game Room Bathroom-Tub/Shower
All are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.


🌲Cleaning:
Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.

🌲Entertainment:
Smart TV in the game room, Multiple board games, card games, and a Foosball table.

🌲Outside:
The deck focus is the views, fun, and relaxation! There is a six-person outdoor dining table and tons of places to take in the views.

🌲Fires: Indoor fireplaces are decorative and not for use.

🌲Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas The rest of the property, both inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. Neighbors are nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck is not tolerated.

🐶* Pets are not allowed. If you bring pets without permission there will be a $300 fee added to the booking .

⭐ VERY IMPORTANT:

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.

Examples:

Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
