#NeedToBreathe - Carolina Properties Vacation

#NeedToBreathe La cabina si trova su una collina tra una serie di alberi ad alto fusto in una gated community che si trova ai piedi delle montagne di cresta blu ea pochi minuti da C himney Rock State Park.  Un mix di retrò, moderno e scandinavo, il soggiorno è piuttosto spazioso e un posto molto carino per radunarsi socialmente.C'è spazio confortevole anche in cucina e sala da pranzo. Godrai del grande camino nel soggiorno e della vista boscosa ma piacevole che offre la cucina / sala da pranzo e il soggiorno. 


Un punto culminante della casa è che vanta quattro camere da letto a tema arredate con gusto e c'è un bagno tra la camera da letto uno e due e la camera da letto tre e quattro, quindi il layout è fantastico. Il ponte posteriore è estremamente confortevole e quasi perfetto: un paradiso per gli amanti della natura, è probabile che tu veda cervi, volpi e talvolta persino orsi! Puoi sentire chiaramente la cascata che si trova all'interno del resort da qui e c'è anche una piccola ma piacevole vista sul lago durante l'autunno-inverno. Anche in autunno-inverno i ponti qui sono tranquilli e privati, quindi in estate noterai sicuramente la privacy.



Intelligenti parole di saggezza sono collocate con gusto in tutta la casa. Tutti i pavimenti duri ti daranno una sensazione di super pulizia, indipendentemente dalla durata del tuo soggiorno. Nel complesso #NeedToBreathe estremamente decorato con gusto sarà sicuramente il preferito per le vostre vacanze annuali al Lago Lure. È una casa più vecchia ma è stata ben mantenuta e aggiornata in modo creativo.



La metà dell'inconveniente, la mezza esperienza unica del campeggio, la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice si trovano nel garage di livello inferiore a cui non è possibile accedere dall'interno della casa piuttosto che accedervi attraverso una porta separata dall'esterno della casa. 



La griglia a carbone si trova sul portico posteriore dove ci sono due sedie, un tavolo per antipasti o bevande e un cortile relativamente piatto e privato. Facilità di parcheggio per tre veicoli, ma a seconda delle dimensioni del veicolo 4 probabilmente si adatterebbe. Situato nella tranquilla ma divertente comunità del Lake Lure Village Resort, che offre accesso a un porto turistico privato, a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi da #NeedToBreath



Questa casa si trova a 3 3 miglia dalla spiaggia del lago di Lure, a 3 4 miglia dal Chimney Rock State Park e 21 km dal Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).



È vietato fumare in tutte le nostre case vacanze.

My winter stay at Lake Lure.

Renting this property was very easy. The Directions led me straight to the home. We had to call property management because the heat went out, but they got someone out as soon as possible. The cleanliness of the home however could’ve been a little better. It was supposed to be a zero tolerance pet policy, However, we clearly saw that there was pet hair all over the living room couch. I’m not a big fan of animals so it was quite upsetting to see. Overall, it was an okay rental.

Our long weekend in the woods

First off, the photos do not do this property justice. The home is more beautiful than the photos indicate. Something we really enjoyed about the home was the layout. You enter into a big, open kitchen-living room, and there are two bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bedroom separating each on both sides. We found this to be absolutely great for traveling with family. Being that the leaves had fallen from the trees, we had a peak of a lake view which was another pleasant surprise! We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve visited the area but have never stayed on this side of the lake. There are numerous restaurants within 10-15 to choose from; the new smokehouse in Chimney Rock was our favorite. Highland Kitchen and Bar is a little bit further but another repeat favorite of ours. Highly recommend both if you’re looking to dine out. Ingles (grocery store) is about 15 minutes away which was helpful when we needed a pharmacy. Now, some things we didn’t enjoy. We pulled up to the community realizing we needed a gate code to enter but hadn’t been provided one; I looked back through all my emails and couldn’t locate it anywhere, only the front door code. We got lucky and a friendly resident helped us and even showed us where the house was. The community was wonderful, everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, though a bit off the beaten track. On Thanksgiving morning, we woke up to the oven not working when we tried to make breakfast. Later that day, we found a chunk of broken glass on the rug by the couch which could have done some damage to someone’s feet. Everything appeared to be clean but it made you wonder.

Fresh Breath

Really enjoyed the house and it was a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day. I would definitely recommend checking out this place if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, quiet getaway in the mountains.

Nice Property, couple of minor maintainence issues

Second year at this property. Senior group of 2 couples and 2 singles, come every Labor Day for the N.C. Apple Festival. last year no problems, this year 2 minor problems. Pantry door was broken and laying inside the pantry, and a couple of the front porch columns (front porch is actually on 2nd floor) were rotted and need to be replaced. Property management was notified of same.

some issues

The house location and setup was fine, issues opening the door, didn't realize it was back door only. didn't have code to utilize laundry. The bedroom closest to kitchen had issues. (fleas or bedbugs) the towels in that bathroom did not smell clean. Area was quiet and peaceful.
