Melissa was fantastic. We had a wedding to attend to and everything was a rush, she made the whole experience just perfect. Location was great and we enjoyed our stay in Lake Lure. We will be visiting again for sure.

Great stay at Lake Lure

We had such a great weekend at Lake Lure. The house was wonderful and the Rambling Bald Resort was great. We had a perfect day on the private beach. The owners were so nice and easy to work with!!

Wonderful!

Boomer’s Birdie was perfect for our trip to Lake Lure. It had everything we needed for our time there, and my kids were thrilled to find a basket of games and books. The Rumbling Bald guest passes that were provided got us into all of the amenities of the resort and it was just a short drive to spend the afternoon at the lake or pool. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt, and the place was clean and cozy.

Great weekend getaway!

Our family enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The owners were very communicative and ensured we had all the necessary information. The only issue we had was figuring out where we could dispose of the trash when we checked out as the check out notes mentioned to drop off at Rumbling Bald, but we were not permitted to do so. Overall, we had a blast! Our kids enjoyed playing with the golf mat in the property. The access to Rumbling Bald was an added bonus and we enjoyed the restaurants there, swimming in the pool and playing on the lake beach! We will be back!

fall foliage

We are not expecting too much to see of the foliage since we knew it peaked already. But we were surprised when we drove to Lake Lure, lo and behold…the leaves of different colors. The good thing is, it wasn’t far from the place we stayed. The place itself is quiet for relaxing and very nice. The house offers a very good view of the trees outside. The convenient store that is close makes it easy for stuff that you forgot to bring. Definitely would come back for a different reason.

Great break with the doggies

What an amazing place! Everything we needed for a perfect stay, from a Keuring to an indoor putting green to a gorgeous deck overlooking the golf course. The furnishings were beautiful, comfortable, and we felt relaxed from the beginning. Our doggies loved it, too! We hope to come back!

Beautiful location, Super clean and exactly as shown!

We had an amazing time. The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured on the listing. Communication with the owner was super easy and she truly wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. The amenities at Rumbling Bald truly made for a peaceful, gorgeous, and fun family getaway. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!
