The cabin is on a river that is dammed to the south far above any pollution from power plants and also damned from the north at the Sackandaga reservoir and Sackandaga Lake. The 7-mile stretch of water is well maintained as a calm, slow flowing Lake.

This cabin is the perfect escape for those looking for a peaceful retreat in a natural setting. With stunning views of the river and the mountains, you'll feel truly immersed in nature.

The cabin is situated on a private waterfront property, complete with a dock for fishing, swimming, kayaking, or canoeing. Enjoy the sounds of the river as you relax on the Adirondack Chairs or gather around the fire pit for an evening of s'mores and stargazing.

729 Square Feet cabin on Hudson River Waterfront with access your own private 32 foot long Dock, including the 8 x 8 pad at the end. There are 2 ACs, a 14,000 BTU and 6,000 BTU AC.

Use the rowboat and the 3 Kayaks - 2 sit on top and 1 Fishing Kayak or Launch and Tie up your own boat. Boat launch is only one mile away upstream at the Public Boat Launch.

You have sole access to entire 1/2 acre residence and waterfront.
