Questa casa si trova a soli 7 miglia da Lake George ea pochi minuti da rafting su un tranquillo acro privato boscoso. Il pozzo del cortile sul retro si affaccia su un tranquillo laghetto con un pittoresco sfondo di colline Adirondack che lo rende il rifugio perfetto per la famiglia e gli amici.

5 camere da letto, dotate di quattro letti queen size e un letto pieno, attendono voi e i vostri ospiti. Due camere da letto sono al primo piano e rendono facile l'accesso per i nostri ospiti più grandi. Tre camere da letto supplementari con letti queen si trovano al secondo livello.
La casa è decorata con accenti rustici ed è completamente attrezzata per cucinare sia dentro che fuori. Una griglia a gas è disponibile, così come una gamma di gas, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. La lavatrice e asciugatrice sono l'ideale per la pulizia dopo una delle numerose escursioni del Adirondack Park.

Ci sono due bagni in casa: uno rinnovato di recente con vasca / doccia e il secondo con doccia completa. Entrambi hanno servizi igienici conformi ad ADA.

L'ampio soggiorno si apre sulla zona pranzo, offrendo spazio per l'intera festa mentre si guarda la grande TV a schermo piatto o si gode la compagnia reciproca davanti al camino a gas. La connessione Wifi è prevista per pianificare le escursioni della giornata, controllare il meteo o navigare sui social media. Roku streaming box con accesso Netflix (porta la tua password) e vari giochi da tavolo sono forniti anche per l'occasionale giornata di pioggia.

I proprietari di case hanno aggiunto un generatore di casa per assicurarsi che la tua visita sia ininterrotta dagli elementi.

I visitatori per la prima volta rimarranno sorpresi dagli Adirondacks e da tutto ciò che l'area ha da offrire. Il Lago George e le città circostanti offrono innumerevoli divertimenti per tutta la famiglia, con escursioni come go-kart, mini-golf, bowling, shopping, pattinaggio a rotelle, parchi acquatici, Six Flags, un teatro drive-in, escursioni o semplicemente coccole con l'amato quelli davanti al camino. Per i genitori e le famiglie con bambini che frequentano il Double H Camp siamo solo a 1/8 di miglio di distanza. Riposati e rilassati nella nostra casa lontano da casa!

Cute, comfy cabin, fantastic spot!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is cute, very comfortable and clean. The spot is great, nice quiet area, gorgeous view. Very short drive to Lake George or Six Flags. Great host gave us all the information we needed about the property and the area. We loved it.

Great location for our Lake George weekend

The house was was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room for our group. The location was very convenient for us to go into Lake George and to the Adirondack Balloon Festival. The host was very quick to respond to questions and gave us a ton of information both about the amenities at the house and the local area. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Place - Great Location

We were a group of 6. Two couples and 2 individuals. Parking was no problem. The house was very, very nice. To say it was well equipped well... much more. I don't think there is a thing you won't find. The living room is very comfortable and the dining room table is a wonderful size. It is a very little drive to Lake George and Queensbury. Communication with the owner was fabulous. I have never had anyone get back to me so quickly. Remember that there is 2 bathrooms and both are downstairs on main floor. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 does not have air conditioning. We would return - definitely.

A weekend to remember

This is a beautiful, comfortable, and happy, rustic getaway location. We enjoyed most of what it had to offer. A relaxing fire out back, the cozy atmosphere brought on by the decor, as well as a kitchen with all of the tools to make a breakfast feast and 3 course dinners. It's far enough out to be peaceful yet close enough to the necessities, to not be a burden. We all loved our stay and have decided to use this home again next year.

Cozy but spacious

We (old HS friends) celebrated our 50th birthdays together over the weekend. We didn't even know we wanted to go to a rodeo until we saw it - easy walk and a lot of fun. Lovely view - everything in the house is set up for absentminded vacationers so you can just have fun. PLENTY of mugs and a Keurig - ice maker in fridge - every utensil and appliance you could need. GREAT stove. Lots of outlets and places to charge phones (bedside tables hold labs with built in USB ports, and extra wall chargers plugged in already). PLENTY of towels. Fire pit is more than basic - kept a nice fire going in a light rain. Comfortably cool to downright cold AC if you want it. Table lamps, floor lamps, string lights and track lighting set up so you can tweak the atmosphere to exactly what you like. Long table for big family meals. Outside two picnic tables plus a kiddie table. LOTS of lawn chairs in the outdoor storage box. Host answered multiple texts promptly with clear, friendly, generous answers. House rules were actually very easy - I just need a lot of reassurance lol My husband and kids and I unanimously agreed we are coming back next summer with our older kids. I sent the details to a rodeo lover in the family with 5 kids aged 3-16 because they would love it too.

Great little camp

We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely camp. Lots of amenities and comfortable for all of us. We did not expect WINDOW air conditioners and the main one had to be taken outside on occasion and dumped to keep it running. We also discussed with each other that lots of cob webs were obvious on the ceiling and in the lights. Generally the camp was clean. There were no Outdoor amenities such as patio, porch or grassy areas. If you are looking for upscale this is not your luxury cabin. If you want good “camping” this is definitely a good choice

Excellent host!

Laura was extremely communicative and provided wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants. The lake house was perfect for 8 adults and our 15 monthly old grandson. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wildlife wonderland in the woods!

The cabin was in the most perfect location for wildlife spotting, and such a quiet getaway! We spent so much time sitting by the lake, spotting turtles, deer and birds - just beautiful! We spent a day at the beach in Lake forest, a short walk away - swam in the lake, and soaked up the sun on the beach. Thank you for such a wonderful stay - a highlight on our stay in USA.

Great again

This was our family's 4th stay at this cabin. It was wonderful as always. This year there was new bedding and we could tell the difference. Slept great!!! The small lake you get access to is always a family favorite for swimming amd fishing. Look foward to staying again

Great rental and owner

My family stayed in the cabin to attend the Belmont race in nearby Saratoga Springs. We highly recommend this rental. The owner sent us very helpful information for nearby attractions and activities. The cabin’s bedrooms all have TVs and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a firepit for gatherings and a good eatery very near by. Highly recommend.

Wonderful fall getaway

We had a wonderful time in the cozy cabin! There were 9 of us total and we fit perfectly. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. This part of New York is beautiful all year around. Awesome weekend getaway

Everything from the planning to the execution of this trip was flawless - Laura is the most responsive and helpful host I had the pleasure of working with. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, truly feels like a home away from home. Our group had family styled meals in the dining room - we roasted marshmallows, played board games, hiked nearby as well as went swimming. So much to do in the area! Location is fantastic. All the amenities you need are included.

Very welcome at the lake house!

We had a brilliant stay at the lake house. The property is well equipped and sparkling clean. There's plenty to do in the area, but also a lovely spot around the fire (both indoors and out) awaits upon the return home. Communication with the host was excellent. We were sad to leave, although we're looking forward to beds that are a bit comfier.

Amazing family vacation stay! July 2023

This was a perfect place for our family of 9. Very cozy , clean & spacious. Nice firepit area with a great view of a little pond. Many amenities provided , if you forgot something it’s likely they have it already. Laura was prompt in answering any questions we had & was very kind & courteous. Lake George, restaurants, & stores were not that far . Horseback riding across the street & a 2 hour rodeo just down the road. This is our first time here & definitely not our last. Great experience & a great 6 night stay. Loved this place & hostess. 5+ rating for sure!

Great spot near Lake George

This is a great little house nestled in the woods near Lake George. There’s a small lake in the back of the house where you will spot a few critters like beavers and turtles. There’s a horse stable across the street that offers a nice ride around the area. Whitewater rafting and kayaking are also near by. It’s a fun, comfortable spot for a family or small group. The owners are very kind, responsive and generous. We would stay here again and highly recommend this location if you are planning a visit to the Lake George area.

Weekend Away

We had a great stay at this rental house. Laura was great to work with. Rooms were clean, lots of amenities for our stay. Outdoor space (firepit & grill) were spacious and clean. We definitely give this rental a 5+ star rating!!
