“Overall, we had a nice stay. The front desk manager was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which we really appreciated. There were a few things that could be improved. Whenever I made a phone call from our room, the fire alarms would go off, which was very strange and a little unsettling. I also think the rooms could use some updates and could be kept a bit cleaner. The pillows were not very comfortable, so replacing those would make the stay more enjoyable as well. “Rooms were decent. Breakfast was great- lots of options. Nice big lobby & lots of entrances to park around the building.”

“Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty, 2 nights in a row we found our “freshly cleaned” sheets soiled. When asking the front desk both nights for new sheets, they said they didn’t have any spares. We demanded switching rooms which they didn’t accommodate. Pool heater was broken, pool was freezing, too cold to even swim in. People were smoking marijuana in the stair well. Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.”
